Can't hold properly
It isn't suitable to carry even 15kg of dog. So, I returned it.

Perfect dog carrier
I love this backpack! It'll be so much easier taking my dog through train stations now. I bought a medium size first as per size guide but it was too small, returned that and ordered large for my 11kg lhasa apso. Great fit and so comfy for both of us. My dog has allergies and bites his legs a lot and this backpack didn't rub on the sores at all.

Size L fits my 11 kg cocker spaniel pretty good. Haven't tried it outside yet but she looks comfortable.

Excelente producto
Es práctico para transportar a mi perrita pero un poco incómodo para ella después de un rato porque le lastima su espalda es una ganadero Australiana supongo que para razas con cuerpor cortos o normales es más cómodo.

My shorkie fits perfectly and is very comfortable. Very airy so she won't get hot outside. Lots of room in the neck area. If you have a short bodied dog it might sit on her neck a bit. It feels very comfortable for me! No weight on my shoulders. She weights only 6 pounds but still. It feels good. Easy to put her in as well.
