I thought I could get by without these. Nah. Notta. No way. I caught my sled about twenty times trying to fall off the rails. Just spend the money and get the lock collars.

Nothing much to write home about here. I'm not super familiar with this type of collar, but these work well. Bolts are solid, easy to engage them and pinch the side of your rails. These are aluminum, not steel, so you'll feel some deflection as you crank them down. For most purposes these will be totally fine.

Fit linear rails perfectly. Easy on and off

These work great on my router sled for manual stops. My only criticism would be that when you tighten the screws they tend to make a divot in the rail bases, so micro adjustments after those divots are in place become more difficult. But this may be due to the softness of the rail base metal, not a failure of these stops.

I filed smooth the mating ends of the securing 4mm screws so they don’t grab and misalign the stop position when fully tightened but they are accurate in size and work as intended.
