Well made, comfortable and stores well
I have been very impressed with these chairs. I originally purchased these as secondary chairs for when we had guests at the RV but they have become our primary outdoor chairs. They are very comfortable lite weight and sturdy. We have been using the chairs for about 4 months with no problems. They set up and take down easily and store in the supplied bag. The chairs and bags are well made of strong material. I am happy with the chairs.

Comfortable, compact, lightweight, sturdy
After assembly and test sitting, the MARCHWAY Lightweight Folding High Back Camping Chair appears to check all the boxes for me. It is lightweight, comfortable, folds into a very compact package, and the materials appear to be durable. Sitting position is slightly reclined, and felt very comfortable; it will be ideal when combined with a footrest. It sits slightly lower than a regular chair, which I wanted so I can use it under my truck cap; this might be a concern if you have difficulty standing up. I bought the high-back version, which supports my head pretty well. There is a firm crosspiece with padding where my head rests and I found it very comfortable but for extended sitting (watching a movie or game, etc.) I might add a small pillow or other padding; this remains to be seen. First assembly was a little 'fiddly' but intuitive enough; guys, read the instructions if you want to save a couple of minutes. The manual says that assembly gets a little easier after the fabric stretches with use. I purchased this on sale for $40 and at this price I consider it an excellent value.

Great lightweight chair for backpacking and support for a quick nap!
I needed a lightweight chair to strap to my backpack on a scout camping trip. This did the job beautifully! Easy assembly, durable - and with the higher back it makes it quite comfortable for an afternoon nap in the outdoors! Assembly and repacking is simple.

Impressive quality at a fraction of the price
After returning a much more expensive brand, I picked up the MARCHWAY Lightweight Folding Camping Chair — and I’m glad I did. These chairs cost a fraction of the price yet feel just as sturdy. The velcro straps that keep the folded legs in place are a thoughtful touch that makes storage and transport much easier. I’ve used them for several months now, mostly for watching sporting events, and they’ve held up great. They’re light, easy to carry, assemble in seconds, and stay firm and supportive even after repeated use. Comfort is solid for a portable chair — no sagging or shifting. A smart buy if you want durability and portability without the premium price tag.

Great little camp chair. Easy to pack, comfortable, and durable materials
First of all. I weigh 225. I’m not a small guy. That being said it’s durable but does require you sit in it properly. I don’t advise leaning crazy in it. Treat it like the tiny chair it is. It folds up nicely and there is zero trouble setting it up or getting it back into the bag. It’s compact and easy to pop on the back of a pack when hiking. I really like the color. I used it in the rain and when I got home it took hardly any time to dry out in the normal air of my house. Stability is good with there being a slight flexing of the poles. It is quite low to the ground. I am 5’10” so I would say you could sit in this easily to about 6’ - 6’2” any taller and your knees will be in your chest. It’s got a nice thick seat on it that looks quite rip resistant. Very good quality material. Easy to put away, easy to deploy.

not the easiest to set up but light and comfortable
so I'm coming from an Alite Monarch 2 legged chair, and those things, eap the early generations, are very light but surprisingly overbuilt, it lasted for 9 years and is still going strong. however, my wife is not into 2 legged chairs at all so I did my research and landed on Marchway high backs. these are light for the feature set, and are way more comfortable than any low back chairs. the construction is typical - plastic hub, shock cord connection tight fit slip in joints. The set up and put away process is a little bit annoying due to the many pieces that comes apart, but I was able to put it back into the case without much issue after the first use, I'd imagine it'll only get easier. The set up is esp finicky, because the two high poles are not straight, but curved. you need to make sure the curvature is pointing toward the front of the chair before putting the mesh body over the poles, else it won't fit. another positive is the carrying bag -- it is sturdier than expected, with decent zippers, and useful daisy loops on the outside should you wish to add more attachments. over all my only worry about this chair is the pockets that hold the chair poles when put together. all the stress are on the fairly thin material, and while this chair is rated for 300 lbs i got my doubts. The Alite Monarch has a stitched-in rubber receiver in the pocket, while the Marchway is solely based on the pocket's stitching and materials. If something fails on this chair, my money is gonna be there. but since it hasn't failed after 4 uses I'll say for now it's a 5 star. If and when this chair fails I might revisit this review and adjust accordingly.

Excellent, lightweight chair
This was an amazing, compact, and very light weight camping chair. We spent two months traveling through Alaska and Canada and this thing held up very well. It’s easy to put together and take apart, plus I love the color (we got the green too and love it). It folds up very small to make for easy carrying and packing. My favorite part is that it has a head rest.

Kick ass chair! Ridiculously easy to set up and pack up. Strong and comfortable and very light weight. It doesn't have arm rests but that doesn't bother me at all. I weigh 165lbs and it supports me very well. I bought because it had a nice high back that I can lean my head on as I relax to a nice veiw. Awesome product.
