Trebs Duorange Duo Citrus Juicer

What a wonderful product! I bought this because my wife and I love fresh orange juice! My aunt in law had bought one locally and lent it to us for a few days until we got settled into our new home and we fell in love with it! Such an ingenious device: 1) You can slice the orange inside the juicing compartment - therefore ALL the juice is saved and no dirty knife and chopping board 2) You can juice both halves together and at the same time cut the next orange 3) The juicing 'blades' have little teeth to make sure you get the most you can out of each orange 4) The juicer starts on it's own as soon as you press down on the lid - no messing around looking for a switch whilst spraying orange juice everywhere. 5) The juice compartment is quite large - enough for two glasses 6) The 'lever' action means that you don't need to press too hard to get the juice out 7) The motor is quite strong and doesn't slow down - even when juicing a chilled orange Cons: 1) Cleaning it is a bit of a chore - but worth it in my opinion. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great juicer - I have used it 3 times so far (12 oranges). Well worth the extra cost compared to other juicers. Main advantages are: a) an orange cutter is built in so you don't need to dirty a chopping board and knife. b) It's much quicker in use than another juicer I have tried as you can juice both halves of the orange at once whilst cutting the next orange in half at the same time. These 2 points mean I'm much more likely to use it on a daily basis. It's easy enough to disassemble and clean, no harder than another juicer I have used. As another reviewer noted, the white parts do start to stain orange even after the first, use if that matters to you. I haven't noticed any staining on the clear perspex lid. Mine came with a UK plug (another reviewer says theirs came with a European plug) Minus one star as I haven't so far found anywhere that sells spares - I would guess that at some point I will accidentally snap off the plastic blade whilst cleaning it as I tend to rush on work mornings :) Or the blade will become blunt etc. 5 stars if spares were readily available.

We like to have fresh orange juice every morning, but we live in Turkey and its not always available here. My partner used to spend ages hand pressing the oranges but with the duorange citrus juicer he can make us a few bottles in half an hour so he is delighted! It's a neat gadget as it slices one orange while juicing two halves. It is effective as there is no waste. By the time it's done its work there is virtually only the peel left. It is compact and light (unlike most juicers) so it was easy to bring out in our suitcase and it doesn't take up much storage space. There are a few pieces to wash after juicing but no more than other juicers. I would highly recommend the duorange citrus juicer. We would be lost without it.

The first unit I received stopped working after the very first time I switched it on. They very quickly sent me a replacement. This unit literally did not switch on! I tried changing the fuse, various plug sockets e.t.c. I got a full refund. In my experience, an awful product, two units not working.

The lid to the juicing chamber is difficult to open and the whole juicing chamber is not exactly easy to remove from the motor base. A lot of the juice and pulp remains in the juicing chamber rather than draining into the juice container. The interior of the juicing chamber stained orange after juicing one orange! The juicer is fitted with a 2 pin continental plug rather than a 3 pin UK plug.

This is a really good juicer. Very easy to use and disassemble for cleaning. The best thing about is you don't have to peel the oranges, you can just cut them in half, which is a great time and effort saver. Unfortunately, that time and effort saved is cancelled out by the fact you cannot put the parts to clean in the dishwasher. You have to wash everything by hand, each time you use it!!

Excellent Orange juice machine used weekly now to make my batch. Clever design and simple to clean. When you see how many oranges it takes to make half a litre of orange juice you do wonder what exactly is in the stuff available over the counter when they claim 1 litre made with the juice of 3 whole oranges. The rest no doubt being water, colouring and various other chemicals. Drinking commercially available orange juice used to irritate the skin just above my lip. Eating oranges or drinking pure orange juice did not. I can only guess as to which additive caused my irritation.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, di buona costruzione e molto pratico sia da utilizzare che da pulire. Si affetta e spreme con estrema praticità, il succo poi viene raccolto nella vaschetta sottostante (sin 500ml). Ha persino un piccolo vano sul fondo dell'apparecchio per riporre il filo, due ventose sul fondo per l'ancoraggio. Utilizza presa di corrente Italiana.

Hola, me gustaría hablaros de las cualidades de éste maravilloso producto que me ha facilitado la vida. Es un exprimidor rápido, muy fácil de manejar y de fácil limpieza que te ahorra las prisas en determinadas horas del día. Tengo otro de la marca Ufesa que ya no consigo encontrar hasta que encontré éste en Amazón y familiares y amigos me le piden. Así que gracias , gracias, muchas gracias.......definitavemente os lo recomiendo.

L'article est conforme à ce qui est décrit. La "trancheuse" coupe parfaitement l'orange en 2. Les 2 presse-oranges fonctionnent parfaitement. Par contre à la fin il faut basculer un peu la centrifugeuse pour que tout le liquide s'écoule dans le récipient du dessous sinon il y a de la perte... un peu de liquide reste en dessous des presse-oranges. Très facile d'utilisation et très rapide, pas besoin de forcer comme une brute, le "capot" du dessus semble assez résistant et on ne se salit pas les mains ! Au vu de certains commentaires comme quoi le capot en plastique du dessus pourrait casser, je pense que si on le manipule correctement et que l'on appuie là où il faut il n'y a pas de problème... L'entretien est relativement facile, l'ensemble se sépare facilement pour le nettoyer, par contre ça ne passe pas au lave-vaisselle...

The quality is really execrable, we tried it once and we ended up pressing the oranges with our hands, not to throw them to the trash can still full of juice. We immediately decided to return the product to amazon. And an additional negative issue: it has a lot of pieces to be washed... and it's NON machine-washable. But even if it was machine washable, we would have still returned it because of its extremely POOR quality.

Semplice da usare e in più, oltre a spremere due metà di un agrume per volta, non necessita di tavoletta, coltello e conseguente pulizia degli stessi perchè taglia già le arance. Perfetto per me.
