I have Multiple Sclerosis with extreme vestibular and dizziness issues. my doctor recommends I drink huge amounts of water to keep my blood volume up so I experience less dizziness. Having extra electrolytes and salt is an absolute must. I am also low income and most electrolyte mixes are extremely overpriced and do not go very far. This little jar lasts a long time and tastes so good. I actually like to water it down quite a lot, and the berry taste is still strong and sweet. The sweetness is just right with no aftertaste. I am also a migraine sufferer and the frequency has lessened since I started using this, I used to have 1-2 a week even with medication and now I am down to one to two a month. So, I believe it is helping quite a bit with maintaining steady hydration levels. The price is quite reasonable as I only need to replace the canister once every 3 weeks and I am drinking on average 1 gallon (yes, that’s right) a day. I have tried the lemon flavor and this is my favorite of the two. I would definitely try any new flavors in the future.

This is what I've needed for months now but have been ordering the wrong item. I've been ordering "Hydramino" from the same company and wondering why it wasn't taking away my leg cramps and sore muscles - because it was the wrong product! This on the other hand, helps immensely! I work out almost every day and need electrolytes. Sometimes I'll add pink Himalayan salt to it as well and drink it after my workout. Super happy with the results (flavor is great, too!) and will be reordering.

stuff tastes fine, is cheap, and keeps you hydrated. downside is it seems that it doesnt all dissolve-- my guess is its anti-caking silica. you can shake it to keep it suspended while you drink it, but it feels like youre guzzling a handfull of mudpuddle when you do that. odd sensation. would love to hear back from the company if this *is* silica so I can just chug this, ignore that stuff, and move on with my day, rather than worry its some mineral that my body needs and I'm washing it down the drain.

Pros: the flavor is so strong that I need only half of a teaspoon for a 20oz of water. So the small jar last for a long time. Also, good product for the price. It dissolves ok. Not 100% but sufficiently. Cons: very little electrolytes per serving and considering that I put half, I get half the benefits. The flavor is very sweet, very strong for me. Also, it contains suclarose, an artificial sweetener. I wish it was stevia. I didn’t check before buying. Overall: I will not buy it again.

This product dissolves quickly in water, it tastes very good. It is not a high potency electrolyte mix, but it’s perfect for me. I’m very happy to have found it. As you can see from the photos, the jar is small don’t be alarmed. All of the product is there and you are provided with a little scoop that comes in the jar and mine was buried under the powder. The product comes with an aluminum safety seal on the jar after you take the lid off. This does not have the weird sodium taste that some other electrolyte powders hav . There is not as much sodium in it. So if you’re watching your sodium intake, this would be a good product for you.

This is the best way yo get me started. I am 70 now and need energy to keep up with what I used to do. I take it with my supplement. Better than having orange juice in the morning! I like this because i can determine sweetened to water content. I add it to my soda water. I even take it with me to restaurants instead of paying $3 for soda water. It’s delicious and just what I have been looking for to add zest to my water! Now i can take my supplements and enjoy them! I have subscribed!!
