No problem with compatability.
I was a bit apprehensive about buying my first SFP+ cable. There seems to be lots of incompatibility problems. I used this between two Sodola SL902-SWTG018AS switches and they work great first time. Cable not to stiff. Means I now have two free 2.5g ports that are now available. Price and quality very good.

Perfect DAC Cable
Used this DAC Cable to run between the SFP+ NIC in my PC the the SFP+ port in my switch. Length was perfect, quality feels good, i like the quick disconnect tab. Runs at the full 10g speeds. Works perfectly.

Works exactly as it should. Cable measures the 2m that I needed it for and easily connects my Ubquiti router to my PC at 10Gbps via an SPF+ network PCIe card.

Awesome but be careful with the lock!
I placed the cable into my switch and it locked, which was expected but I tried pulling it out using the little bit of plastic as this is meant to pull back the lock and it wouldn't work. I had to pull really hard until it eventually came out - I saw a little bit of metal on the locking mechanism in my switch was slightly pulled but the issue was with the lock.Anyway, the other end worked fine and it gives me a 10 Gbps uplink between two MikroTik switches!
