Very bad quality not care items good working not shaking working or no i m parched this item but in side motar nut bolt is loose not working

The voltage correction is stepless and works flawlessly. The only thing is that, the unit makes a bit of noise when the motor works and the arm moves. Nothing to worry about. Just needs to be considered if you have a problem with noise. Working awesome so far. But I am disappointed with the packaging. No box or manual of any kind. The unit is just wrapped in plastic with the warranty card and sent that way. Thankfully no dents of any kind. The company should provide a box and good packaging and also a manual on how to operate the control card. Everything else is working perfectly. Will update more in a few weeks.

Worst item it has been purchased in May 24 and in June it's dimmer has been carbonated and after reporting complaint nobody have visited it's almost 19 days. Now when I contact local vendor he is asking 25000 to change parts. Rubbish and total loss
