Taste awful
Good protein amount but taste disgusting there’s no flavour just that “brown” vitamin taste but sour. Would not buy again made me gag my husband and my daughter. Smell awful too

Convenient and a quick protein shot but WOW THE TASTE!
Very convenient if you need a quick protein boost but don’t want to eat half a cow or down a big milky protein drink but the taste of these took my actual breath away and not in a good way. I do not know what the actually f flavour is going on there but Jesus Christ I’m going to have to hold my nose for every shot. Tip: do not, I repeat do not smell this when opening up. It will make you gag

Excellent liquid to protein ratio
I love having these as an option on the days I need to quickly meet my protein goals. The taste is sweet/sour side but I don’t mind as I like sweet and sour tasting sweets so is perfect for me. I love that it’s such little liquid but so high in protein. Quality is good. Will continue buying.

Wow the taste!!!
I bought this product after recently having a gastric sleeve operation, thinking it would be great way to get my protein intake up but the taste is something else! I felt like I was drinking mouldy water and chemicals mixed together is definitely not the flavours that it stated. I had to throw them in the bin after one mouthful. It was unbearable which is sad because it would be amazing if the taste was even okay :(

Worth it for the gains
I agree with everyone saying the taste is horrible but I don’t think it’s as bad as they’re saying it is. If it was a full on drink I couldn’t finish it, but as a shot I can handle it. It’s worth it for the gains. I don’t like drinking full protein shakes so this helps. They could benefit from having multiple flavours though
