Keto and Low carb Freindly. We LOVE it!
These are fantastic for the keto diet. Pasta is a vice of my roommate's and ramen is mine. So, I told him that if he found me a solution for my ramen cravings, I would find him a pasta he can make regularly without risk of cheating on the diet. These worked better than we thought. The texture is very close to aldente pasta and the taste, though a little bland, adapts well to different dishes. FYI, the ramen was delicious. A couple tips... 1. It says to rinse thoroughly. Do just that. We didn't pay attention the first time and were left with an odd taste and funky smell. 2. Boil it for 5-8 minutes before drying it off in a pan, instead of the 2 minutes on the instructions. On a separate note, one of the packs I ordered had a small puncture and leaked all over the box. I know this item is not eligible for return, but Amazon customer service was very helpful with this.

So happy I bought this!! I can eat โpastaโ again
Iโm reviewing this after first eating the fettuccine style noodle and the angel hair. I am seriously in love with these noodles. Iโm on Keto so Iโm watching my carb intake so these noodles have been a life savior. First of all, yes when you first open the package the noodles have a funky smell.. but honestly it didnโt really bother me. I drained my noodles and washed them down. I immediately put it into bowling water and it boiled for 2 minutes. After boiling, I drained the noodles again (donโt rinse). After, I put them into a already heated pan (about medium heat) and let them cook/dry for about 2 min while stirring them. I also season it with whatever seasoning I want and youโre done! The best thing I do is use these noodles with Alfredo sauce and they are delicious. I seasoned the noodles with black pepper and parsley and then added the Alfredo sauce. The noodle texture was a bit different at first, but I easily got used to it. Have an open mind and you will love these. One MAIN THING I donโt like is that the serving sizes are wrong (in my opinion). For me to enjoy a meal and get comfortable I use one whole package... so 1 package per person. Other than that - I love these!!!

These are so gross
Iโm always looking for healthy food choices and willing to try new things. These noodles were recommended to me so I was excited to try them even though they were pretty pricey. I am not a picky food person and my husband will eat almost anything but either one of us could eat these. They have a consistency of squid tentacles, very rubbery and chewy and they had a very odd taste as well. Plus they are kind of a pain to prepare. Iโm trying to give the other 4 packages away.

Excellent overall pasta replacement!
I got these noodles while losing weight. I have a major weakness for pasta, but can do without the calories and carbs. These were a pleasant replacement! They are incredibly fast to heat (just a minute or so in hot water) and we just dropped them in for our ramen or various other soups so far. I tried a noodle by itself to get an idea of the flavor. It doesn't have much. The very, VERY subtle flavor is neither good or bad. Overall it ends up taking on the flavor of whatever you cook it with. I have 2 complaints. My first complaint (which honestly I haven't attempted to rectify by cooking longer) is the SUPER small crunch inside the noodle which identifies it as a plant. It's fine when eating it with other veggies but if you're using it as a replacement for spaghetti, it's weird. Again, it might be fixed by cooking it longer than a minute in boiling water and does not detract from the dish's flavor. The biggest second complaint is the price. The package comes as 2 servings and it ends up being $3.92-ish a package. For 2 servings that makes me wince slightly, but for 0 calories, 1 carb and 2g of fiber, it's an excellent replacement overall! I'll almost certainly buy these again.

Delicious, easy, with a satisfying texture
Delicious! They remind me of rice noodles, but the texture is more firm. They don't have a whole lot of flavor themselves, but texture is really appealing. I eat these with creamy alfredo sauce, ground hamburger meat and shredded mozzarella, all of which only add a few more grams of carbs. SO filling. SO satisfying. Once you add the meat, cheese, and sauce, I found each noodle bag to make 2 med sized meals. The fact I don't have to wait to cook hard, dried noodles until they're soft but really just have to drain these bags and throw the noodles in with the meaty sauce, what a bonus!

Well, it's Different...
These noodled were recommended from a weight loss center that I use as a 'freebie', so of course I had to try it. If you are expecting a spaghetti consistency, you will be disappointed. They are very dense and boarder on rubbery. But, if you cut them up and add some type of spaghetti sauce, you can definitely eat it. I prefer the angel hair as opposed to the fettuccini. Yes, they taste identical since it's just a shape difference, but the fettuccini is more like eating a rubber band and it looks like a flatworm. That alone turned me off. The noodles need to be dumped into a strainer and thoroughly washed in cold water to remove any trace of the liquid they are pack in, which I'm told stinks. I've never sniffed it. You can't taste it. After washing, you need to 'fry' it in a pan on medium heat until the noodles are dry. They do not cook in the pan, but they do get hot. So, you don't save any time by using these, but at zero calories, you save some weight gain. Try it.

Guilt-Free Substitute for Top Ramen! Hooray!
I am so glad I finally decided to try these noodles. I was toying with the idea for a while before I decided to just buy them. I LOVE Top Ramen but always feel like such a fatty after eating it. I usually make my top ramen with just barely enough water in it so its almost like really wet pasta. Well, I boiled these noodles for a couple minutes, drained the water and then added the seasoning. To my amazement, it tasted just like the top ramen I usually make but without all the calories and carbs from the noodles! Now I know this still isn't healthy, but it is better than top ramen by itself and I am still cutting out 390 calories!I just need to find an organic combination of spices that taste like the top ramen flavoring so I can replace the flavoring packet too :)

Awesome Alternative
The best way I found to prepare these noodles includes these steps: 1. Rinse them well under cold water to remove any "earthy" smell and/or taste and drain very well (could even use towel to pat them dry) 2. You MUST add your own flavoring. These are like tofu where, by themselves, they have very little taste but instead soak up whatever sauce or broth you cook them with. I ended up adding them in the last 3-4 minutes of a stir fry dish (in a wok) -- just enough time to warm them and let them absorb the seasoning I added to the stir fry. You could also add these to a stock base (chicken or vegetable) at the last minute to make a much healthier Ramen noodle style soup! Pros: + Convenient packaging + Extremely healthy + Very versatile - goes with everything + Very tasty Cons: - A little pricey, but not too bad - Can have a strong taste if not rinsed
