These have been used on a number of different jobs since purchasing. They have held up very well and are very durable. They are solid construction and loop is a good size and very functional. Depending on where or what you will be screwing them into, it may require a small drill hole to get them going. Even just a few taps will a hammer will work as well. I have done both and they worked great. Comes in nice packaging in a resealable plastic case. The size was what I was looking for and has held up and hung various items with varying weights without any issues. I would highly recommend. Solid construction and durability. I would buy again.

Heavy duty…well made….excellent hooks and quality.

I would not recommend using these on oak. I drilled an ample size pilot hole and the first one twisted but I was able to back it out. I drilled an even larger pilot hole and the second one twisted as well. Except this time, even with a larger pilot hole, it twisted and when trying to back it out, it snapped off inside of my nice finished frame. Now I am faced with having to try and drill it and use an easy out adding risk to further damage to the frame. This is the first time in 50 years that I had a screw eye bolt deform and certainly the first time I had one fail. On a positive note, maybe having them fail before hanging the piece prevented having the stained glass panel and frame come crashing down on someone.
