Great socks
Best socks ever! I am a size 14 EEEE and they fit me fine. Not tight, yet they stay up. I have been wearing them since November of 2025 and they are still in great shape, not one hole. I highly recommend them!

Comfortable
Not diabetic but calves swell during the day and regular socks are binding. These are soft and comfortable and do not get tight on the top of my calves.

These socks solved the problem
I got these for my husband who is not diabetic. He has other issues and his socks were cutting in at the top band and leaving deep impressions in his legs. Even when he pushed them down he ended up with the impressions in his ankles. When I told him I was getting these socks for him he was annoyed, telling me he could just wear ankle socks. Then they arrived. They were softer than expected and who doesn't like soft socks? Even if the man wouldn't ever admit it, he likes it. They don't cut in on his legs at all. And, they stay up. I don't know how well they'll go through the laundry yet but I expect that next time he needs socks I'll be buying the same ones.

Too tall
These are too tall for my big calfs and end up rolling down. They are not as comfortable as I had hoped.

Most comfy socks ever!
So soft and comfy! And just the right amount of grip and comfort around my ankles and calves. Very well made and great quality. Will definitely be buying more.

A staple but running narrower than use to
Bought several times, this time quality is a bit less and instep of sock runs a bit narrower. Still a great sock!

tighter forefoot
The top elastic is good. This is a repeat buy, but the 1st set were not tight around the foot, which I like. The 2nd set (current review)=tighter forefoot. Had to mostly go back to the worn but still 60% hanging in there old socks.

Not the socks in the picture.
Not all Medipeds are the same. The item pictured in the listing are the Medipeds made in Honduras. Those Medipeds have the word "Medipeds" printed on the toe. The made in Honduras socks are good quality. The item I actually received is not the item pictured in the listing. I received Medipeds with a simple red and blue band on the toes, no word "Medipeds". These banded Medipeds are made in China and are inferior in quality to those made in Honduras. Even more concerning, the tag with the socks has "Made in Honduras" on the front, but "Made in China" on the back. The socks are definitely made in China.

Los recomiendo ampliamente.
Muy buenos y cómodos, en frío y en calor son frescos,no retienen mucha humedad, no aprietan pantorrilla,en la planta del pie son acolchonado y reduce la fatiga, no se deteriora los resortes. En general me gustaron y acomodaron mucho.

Best brand for diabetic socks bar none.
As a diabetic I have come to depend on these socks. USA made (if authentic) they last for many years. Super comfortable, no pinching no nasty constriction marks and really warm. These were for dad who is very hard to please... he was delighted with them. Do not hesitate in buying this product.
