RCA / 3.5mm Port 1 in 2 Out / 2 in 1 Out Bi-Directional Audio Switcher, 2-Way Stereo L/R Sound Channel Speaker Headphone Audio Switch Selector Splitter Box

I wanted to make my Grandpa's old 1946 console radio Bluetooth capable. That is pretty straightforward now with receivers being very accessible, but in this case I had only a single input already taken by the 78 RPM record player build into the stereo. I didn't want it to quit working, so I wired this in-between so I could connect a Bluetooth receiver and still switch between them. (since the input was mono and the receiver is stereo, I had to use another device to combine the left and right streams first) Works like a charm. I can pick the phono input on the old radio and then pick between the bluetooth and stereo using this. I put it behind so it is easy to get to, but not visible.

Like - very simple - does what it was meant to do Like - RCA to 3.5mm stereo wire adapter included. Nothing not to like - no frills but does the job.

Basic passive switcher, does what it says on the box. Love that it can be used as a 2>1 or a 1>2.

Not a whole lot to say here, but it does exactly what I needed to do, it’s well-built, and there was no hum.

This listing is incorrect. This is not a 2 in 1 out or 2 out 1 in switch. It only acts as an A/B switch and does not allow multiple audio outputs or inputs to act at the same time. Only one or the other. I should have read more of the 1 star reviews. Returned and refunded.

Description claims it is 1 to 2 or 2 to 1 directional switch box. in fact is is a simple A/B switch. It is not a 1 Input to 2 Output splitter. It clearly indicates false information in the description and on the device itself. The actual function is RCA 1 to RCA 2 or RCA 1 to RCA 3, depending on the in/out position of the pushbutton. Very disappointing.

The push button does not indicate which position is for which input, but that’s not a big issue. I am using it for two inputs and one output. The inputs are from a smart tv and iPhone, and the output is to a 25-year old Nakamichi amplifier with Bose speakers.
