Good quality cut-off wheels and the EZ Lock system makes changing them quick and painless. Used on plastic sheet and they performed as expected. I experienced some melting on polycarbonate, which I suspect was user error rather than the discs. No issues with durability and they lasted well.

I have tried other tools in my Dremel, but the EZ lock is just great and the discs do the job. This little tool and the accessories have been a godsend on so many occasions. Everything from modelling to making throttle/clutch cables for my motorbike and old car. They just cut so neatly and being a small tool, can get places a grinder cannot.

Sometimes you just need to cut stuff — and these Dremel EZ476 cut-off wheels get the job done. The EZ Lock system is brilliant: no tiny screws, no fumbling with a screwdriver, just pop it on and you’re cutting in seconds. It really does make accessory changes way faster. They slice through plastic and plexiglass cleanly, with minimal melting or rough edges. They also last longer than the standard fiberglass-reinforced wheels — but let’s be real, if you’re doing a lot of cutting, you’ll still go through them. At this price point, I’ve already blown through a couple of packs without regret. Bottom Line: Fast changes, clean cuts, and decent durability for the job. They work great… until you need another pack. And you will.
