I had ordered three of these for quiting smoking (Menthol, citris and freshmint) and not a single one lasted more then a day before it became no longer "puff" able. You can shake it and hear a "catridge" go back and forth, but when you inhale on it, the "cartridge" goes up to the top and cuts off the the inhale compleately. I am VERY dissapointed in these =( Would not buy again

It's been 4 years since I quit smoking and I still have times when I miss smoking. I didn't smoke menthol, but the menthol makes me feel like I'm actually smoking without the order. The flavor reminds me of a menthol Lifesaver. I have one in my car and one at home. The size is the same as a cigarette.

This habit replacement inhaler has been a helpful tool for keeping my hands and mouth busy while cutting back on smoking. The menthol flavor is refreshing, and the soft chewable tip feels comfortable. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and lasts a long time. A great aid for breaking the habit.

My husband did not feel like this helped

The core product seems solid, but misleading. All of the marketing and even other customer reviews show an opaque mouthpiece, while mine came with a clear one. As well, I ordered the Menthol flavor and instead received the Fresh Air flavor

Didn’t work

I tried them and tasted absolutely nothing. After weeks of trying to get the right product, it finally arrived and doesn’t work. Really trying to find something that works so that I can work on breaking the habit.

Was a little disappointed as it basically was a harder piece of rubber that did not look anything like a cigarette. The menthol taste comes from a piece inside of the tubing so when you take a “drag”, you get the menthol hit….not that I smoked menthol. The most important thing is that I am happy that I have pretty much just walked away from them for over a month and half. ‘Bout time…lol
