I only have the memory foam insoles to compare against. These are quite difficult to cut to size, required surgical scissors for sharpness to get a decent cut and size. Once fitted they don't slip and are comfortable enough for a days work. They seem like they are going to be good value for money and after a mere weeks use they seem fine. I would re order and buy again should the need arise. I have just ordered two more pairs for other footwear. They are wearing well and comfortable. Cheap and cheerful, if there are better out there for the price then I can't find them. Just make sure you cut with decent scissors to get a good fit as they are quite thick and tough to cut. I'll order more as and when I need them.

Insoles are okay for work boots but it is a little too thin. However they were still comfy but didn’t last long around 6 months of wear and they were disintegrating.

Given the low price I had my hesitations as to what to expect, and there was a fair amount riding on it as I bought them for a new pair of work boots with little time to spare for shopping around, however they have turned out to be the most comfortable insoles I've ever experienced, effectively turning the boots into a pair of slippers on the inside. I was also pleased to discover that they didn't need trimming either, and slipped into my size 12 boots perfectly. Due to the fact I have odd shaped feet this is frequently a tricky purchase item for me, however I now know I can buy these from now on without worry. 10/10. Thanks guys!

Not a bad product. The insoles fit perfectly into my walking boots and didn't curl up while walking like some cheaper varieties I've used. Very comfortable to wear for me. The reason for 3 stars is that the top layer of fabric started to come off both insoles after only a month or so of hiking, exposing the sticky gel part underneath, which isn't nice to walk on. I've used two sets and got the same problem so it wasn't just a one-off. I'd say buy them if they're on offer as there are worse products out there, just don't expect them to last.

Used these insoles in a very heavy pair of steel toe/midsole boots. Went on a site visit and walked around 8 miles on rough ground with only minor discomfort (as would be expected). These add a good level of padding and support as the gel is very effective, and despite my feet being completely wet all day the insoles stood up well and didn't budge at all. The material is very gripping in the bottom making them somewhat difficult to install, but they don't move once in, which is what you want. Easy to trim with scissors, and have shoe size markings. Now just the test of time to see how they do long term.

Without reading the instructions, I placed them in my shoe with the coloured side up and found that not only did they not fit well but they also kept slipping. I later noticed the instructions on the insoles which tell you which insole goes in which shoe and which way up. Now the insoles fit perfectly without slipping and are also comfortable. Time will tell how long they last or if they relieve the pain I have been having on the sole of right foot. Delivery by Royal Mail was a little slow but a great product at a good price.

In fairness to this product, there are other factors at play here. For example: the size and shape of your foot and the type, size and make up of the footwear which this product is being placed within. I have used the product on a daily basis for about three weeks now. Each day on average has resulted in a four to six mile walk. The insole in my right boot has really helped and you can note the additional support and cushioning effect. With the left foot, the addition of the insole has made the fit of the boot uncomfortable and nance I have had to remove it. Therefore, I would not say that this is a fault with the insole but a combination of fit between the foot, boot and insole not being right.

Brilliant insoles. I am constantly on my feet all day and, up until a recent purchase, wear the worlds most uncomfortable shoes. (They weren’t advertised as that) I was in literal agony and every step became torturous... until these. Price? Brilliant! Size? Take out your old insole and trim them to size! Feel? Incredible! They’re shock absorbing and have a great honeycomb structure so every step feels like I’m walking on marshmallows. Trimming them was no trouble, I just held my old insole against them and cut around it. They even have a slight ridge on the back that protects the back of the heel slightly. All round, these are great, and cheap! Get yourself a pair or be the monster that looks their feet in the eyes and says “I don’t care about you, feet. I don’t care for your needs” Be the difference your feet deserve.
