I actually installed this for a customer for his tiny off the grid setup that I made for him. Currently 1,200 watt solar array, nice charge controller, junction box, batteries, and using this cheap and efficient inverter. The inverter was rather easy to setup and installation was nice. 3 ac lugs on one end was pretty useful but the only issue was running a hard line to the house there wasn't just like a 3 way wire hookup for the leads so I had to make a plug for the wire and plug it into the unit and it does work rather smoothly. Has a nice warning beep for when the batteries are low. The LCD screen is great to get another visual on the readouts for the batteries. 24v systems are the way to go so be sure to get this in the 24 volt.

So far this little inverter is powering like a champ. I am running a bedroom right now 75% of the days, I've got it hooked up to a 24v 100amp battery and it will do what it says it'll do. Only tested it with a heat gun and ran a full size refrigerator for 6 hrs ran fine. Cables sufficient only downside the fans loud when it runs. Since it will mostly be used for backup power it seems fine.

Still working great after 2 years!

It sat in the box for about a year and then I set it up about six months ago. After about six months of use the 120v outlets stopped working. The 5 V outlets still work. The screen still works. I assumed that I somehow blew a fuse. So I unscrewed it and looked inside, and saw that all of the fuses are soldered into place, so they aren't really replaceable unless you're an expert solderer. It would be much better if this was made with replaceable fuses. Would be nice if they would replace it. But I suspect I need to buy a new one.

I used this for camping with with 2 100AH 12V Power Queen LiFePO4 batteries. So far, it works well. My initial test before actual camping use was with 3 1KW heaters. Voltage and frequency were both stable during use.

3000 Watt Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter 24V DC Its internal grounding was loose (sometimes connected, sometimes not), which can be deadly. That might could be fixed, but its output was phase shifting under load (at only about 1500 watts, 1/2 its rated load). Phase shifting is bad for devices that have AC motors connected (AC units, refrigerators, compressors, etc.) and can be bad for some sensitive electronics, although most would be okay. This is the type of thing that would go unnoticed without an oscilloscope - luckily I have one. And I verified that it wasn't just the oscilloscope, as my other inverters showed to be rock solid with the same load. With the grounding fixed, this inverter might be okay for purely resistive loads like heaters and lights, but even then, most heaters have control circuits that might be damaged by this. This device is a no go for me. Note: This may have just been a defective unit (as it clearly had issues), so if the seller wants to send me a test unit, I'll test it and update accordingly - and would even consider purchasing it. The only other issue was that the included cables are not adequate for the amps this would draw from the battery if actually run at 3000 watts. But, I have lots of cables. Otherwise, I liked it. The outlets were nicely spaced, it has less than an amp idle draw. The display was adequate, although mine was shifted over in its window and hard to read the edges.
