A Very Important Tool Kit
Steel Water Shut Off Tool Includes 16 inch box end Water Meter Wrench & 1 Black Utility Key - In my opinion the long handled tool in this kit is a must for any residential home with city water service. It may also work for those who have a well system with a master shutoff valve too. There is a main shutoff valve near the water main that feeds most houses and usually just before the meter. If a home was to have a plumbing failure, significant damage could occur to structures, components and landscaping if the supply isn't turned off quickly. In my experience the main valve is difficult to turn and usually in a small well underground making it difficult to get other tools on the valve. This inexpensive tool will ultimately make turning that valve on or off a quick and easy task. The tool is made of strong metal welded together.

A plumber stole my water key! Ordered this after I bought my house, for emergencies. The emergency appeared in the form of a slab leak. It worked well. We'll enough the dirty plumber decided to steal it.
