What size drill bit will I need for the wall anchors?

I would suggest not buying this. I never could get it hung. I ended up throwing it away after 8 holes in the wall. Never happened before.

"MDF" Stands for "Medium Density Fiberboard" and it's the same material that an old-style clipboard is made from. It's a composite wood product; sturdy, but can be damaged by screws and water infiltration.

Would this work for track and field medals and a couple small trophies??

This product should hold medals and small trophies that fit within it's 4 1/2" depth.
