Nearly perfect!
Was looking for: - All day comfort (on-the-ear, but the cushions are amazingly soft) - Cool on the ears - Good noise control on the mic - Good sound on the mic - Portable - Reliable connectivity (either through the Bluetooth dongle or USB-C, both work great!) - Long battery life - Physical mute (you fold up the mic) - Comfort is good while wearing glasses. The Evolve2 65 Flex headphones delivered! Bonuses: The audio quality is pretty good, enough to enjoy music if I have a break. The (wool?) case is very convenient and seems durable (had it for a month or so of hot-desk use (where I pack-up every day), still looks new). The bluetooth dongle is small and very effective (the head-set prefers it to the phone, so if my laptop is on, that's where my audio connects even if my phone is on). The "Soundscape" included in the phone app (built-in looped sounds: rain, thunder, waves, fans, waterfall, etc.) is a wonderful calm oasis in the middle of a busy day or noisy room. It does all the things I need it to. Improvements? They could be a -little- more comfy if they were around the ear and not on the ear. The noise cancelling is so-so (I mean, they are on the ear, so they have that to deal with. Not as good as Sony over the ear or in-ear (both of which I own from the 2023 gen of those products)). I usually set them to "off" and that actually blocks more of the chatter in the room than the ANC. YMMV. Overall love them though. The Sony products I mentioned did not give me the comfort or reliability I needed for a full work day. The Jabra headset definitely does. Highly recommend for a long day at an on-the-phone job. (I am on the phone 90-100% of an 8 hour day 5 days a week) in an office. They are not tight enough for on-the-go work I would say. So if you are on flights/moving around a lot, these likely would slip off (again, they are on-the-ear). Really wish I could give 4.8, I think that's more accurate. They are not perfect, but they do the job very well so gave 5 because that's closer to how I feel about them.

Happy Jabra User
I had Jabra headsets in the past because of company wide decisions on the hw to be used for conference matters. Found it pretty good years back and after one month usage I would say that the Evolve 65 had fulfilled my expectations so far. There are minor issues that I’m still looking to address such as the mute sync ( sometimes with the mic arm “closed” Teams shows that the mic is enabled; and moving the mic arm back and forth puts in sync the mute status) and bluetooth synchronization with my mobile after the headset takes a nap… it takes some minutes for the mobile to get bluetooth reconnected, but you use to believe that the headset is off). When tue headset is stored in its bag, the two cups keep strongly pressing between each other, so, to prevent any damages, when stored, I put a piece of paper in between. Teams voice quality, great (that was my main driver), wireless range, good, battery ok (would sat that it last for at least 6 hours), when I feel cups are uncomfortable, I just adjust them to release pressure, (no comfort issues with my head at all), ANC does it work to suppress unwanted noises (other than human voice),without nothing being heard through the cups, you may hear noises but a much lower level. Final mark: 4.5

Not for those seeking a headset they can count on
Nightmare. I had done a lot of watching YouTuber reviews of work headsets before purchasing this one. The packaging and design were sleek, comfortable, and seemed high-quality. The folding feature was really neat and made it a great form for portability. However, if the headset doesn't do the job for the $200+, it's worthless. I work remotely and so I absolutely need something reliable. I bought the version that is certified for MS Teams, since that's what my company uses. From day 1 I experienced dropped calls, bad reception and generally unreliable performance. It sounded okay when it was working, but that was about 20% of the time. I used the headset with the Jabra Link device as recommended for optimal connectivity, but during meetings the speaker/microphone setting kept changing between the headset and the link, resulting in loss of audio with each random switch. I often had to keep leaving and rejoining meetings in order for the audio to work. By the end, the headset connection prevented me from joining Teams meetings and instead of joining, I would repeatedly be put on hold and never made it in. Frustratingly, there didn't seem to be any human support or even a contact number or chat support from Jabra. My attempts to find support resulted in being diverted to the same PDFs or online FAQs - many of which didn't even apply to this particular model. If you experience trouble with this product, you're hosed. Now, MS Teams is far from perfect, and they push updates so often, I can't imagine that headset manufacturers can test functionality with each Team update, but it became laughable that this particular headset is advertised as "Teams Certified." I returned the headset (thanks Amazon!) and purchased the Poly Voyager Focus 2 for a little bit more $$. So far the performance of the Voyager has been flawless and reliable.

At first touch, the materials on the Jabra Evolve2 Flex 65 might feel a bit on the budget side, but once you start using it, the quality truly shines. The voice isolation is exceptional — by far the best I’ve experienced, making it ideal for noisy environments. HearThrough mode could be improved for long wear sessions, as it feels slightly lacking when worn all day. The built-in NFC works decently considering the compact design, especially for an over-the-ear headset. The MS version is a must if you primarily use Microsoft Teams at work. The pre-configured Teams button and the subtle purple LED indicators make for a seamless and polished user experience. Overall, a well-balanced, high-performing headset built for serious productivity. The wireless pad doesn't add much if you already own one. It's fully QI compatible. I gave a 4 stars, becaus ethe wireless could add some kind of magnet to hold the headset while charging, to be worthed. So don't get this bundle if you own one!

The size and sound quality is exceptional. The mic is smart design and work smoothly with both computer and smart phone in the same time.

I've been using Bluetooth headsets for years, I can tell you this is one of the best I've used. It is a fantastic device that also can be hooked up to my computer. It's so good I bought a second one!

This headset delivers impressive active noise cancellation and long-lasting battery life, making it ideal for calls, music, or focused work sessions. The Bluetooth connection is stable, and the included wireless charging pad adds convenience to the experience. While the build quality and features reflect a professional-grade product, the price feels steep—especially if you’re cost-conscious. Excellent overall, but definitely on the expensive side.
