The system has already made a difference as we prepare for potential hose pipe bans. Plants are looking better, we are spending less time watering and using less water. Quality of product very good, as is on line support. We have already ordered 2 more Claber systems for other part of the garden. Only one small comment about installation. Claber claim the system takes 15 mins to install. However it took over over 15 mins to install the main unit before we got onto the watering points. The unit has to be at the right height for the water supply and this meant trying different positions for both the water butt and unit. Would also add that we looked at the Claber reservoir and thought this to be too small and expensive. So went for a 100l mini water butt, which is perfect.

Pretty good kit. I had a much more sophisticated irrigation system at my last house but having moved we need something to keep the veggies alive whilst we had a week away. The instructions need a little thinking about but other people's comments filled in the details. Watering is at most once per day and that is from the point at which you trigger it so if you want watering daily in the middle of the night you will have to stay up for a late one to kick it off. A tad expensive, I think, but all in all happy with the purchase.

Good product that did what I wanted for 2 years. Now it's just stopped working. Not complaining but worth noting.

We needed a solution for leaving our flat for an extended period and not leaving all our carefully grown tomatoes, herbs and flowers to wither and die in the heat! This proved to be the perfect system as it did not require an outdoor tap or electricity supply. As we were away for a month, we did ask a friend to pop in and top up the reservoir twice in that month but had we have been away for only two weeks I think it would have coped solo, or had the period of weather not been particularly hot, we could have had it on a lower setting and the water would have lasted the duration. Can’t recommend it highly enough and so happy we bought it as we returned to find thriving plants and tomatoes about to turn red!

Bought this item to water plants in my greenhouse whilst away for a week. Easy to install and set up and for the first three weeks worked well. Then some of the drippers stopped dripping, not at then end of the line but at various points along the row, managed to get these going again, no idea why they stopped, no signs of blockages. Then I noticed that the drippers were constantly dripping, not just when the pump was running. This resulted in the water butt supplying the pump running dry in three days. No matter what I tried the drippers keep siphoning water out of the butt emptying it. This means that my plants will have to go 4 days without water, I doubt they will survive. A massive disappointment after a period of thinking I had found the ideal solution. Back to the drawing board, waste of £80.

You need to asign 2 or 3 drippers to a tomato plant as they are fairly thirsty. I have three of these and this is my third year using them. I have moved my greenhouse this year and the pumps are now outside the greenhouse and all of them are charging fine. in previous years i had them inside the greenhoue and one of them didn't recharge properly perhaps the greenhouse glass was blocking the spectrum of light they needed for recharge i don't know. I've had to unblock one pump this year (i had to take the micro pump apart and clean it) took a couple of minutes but now it's working fine. they are very labour saving and great for going on holiday and coming back to loads of veg.

Bought 3, 1 is already out of service one year after but the company sent me a work instruction to repair it Easley. The plastic pipes just spent one summer outside and are already leaking because the plastic is aging and becoming hard.

Used this as I have no water tap nor decent mains connection. Actually bought 2 of them to keep the plants watered whilst on holiday. Brilliant! It's on the max setting and pulls the water from a 100L water butt. After 2 weeks it had run dry, but I'm keeping it topped up through this dry spell and it's stopping me needing to use the hose. Very water efficient!

Per ora funziona perfettamente, facile da installare. Se vogliamo trovare il pelo sull'uovo, manca un ciclo di irrigazione dopo 12 ore

semplice e utile

Molto buono, funzionale, ce l'ho da moltissimo e non ho mai cambiato le batterie perchè con la corretta esposizione e le batterie ricaricabili fa tutto da solo. Ho messo una tanica di pescaggio abbastanza grande ed è autonomo per un bel po'. ovviamente dipende dalla quantità di piante, ma io con una tanica da 10L e il balcone pieno di piante, incluso un albero di limoni, dando da bere una volta al giorno, andavo per una settimana. bellissimo che ti puoi creare l'impianto di irrigazione come vuoi tu.

Davvero eccezionale in tutto ! È importante la sua esposizione al sole.
