Had the fresh water tank about one month cant seem get the nitrite level down, any suggestion please.

Be patient. Mine took 6 months before maturing. Have you put fish in already? pooing, too much food etc can cause nitrate. Youncan get various nitrate absorbers which helps. I have now kept fish for 3 years and still occasionally get nitrate problems. Change water by 25% and keep this up until clear of nitrate, also cut down on food. whatever you put on your hands can also cause problems, w/in liquid ,moisteriser etc. Hope this is of help, but above all, patience.

How much should i use in 200 litre tank? i’m not very good when it comes to chemical measurements. and do you add when weekly water change? thank you

You need follow the directions on the back of the bottle as you would for medicine. The instructions are clear. You can use it weekly but it all depends on your tank. Ideally, test your water once a week and then decide. I use it once a month.
