States 100 pack in the description, however only 10 arrived! Planned to give out to the homeless and now the plans are ruined! Yes the price is cheap but I followed the description in the hope to do more for others.

The hats were Given to Long Branch Baptist Church clothing drive that help give warm clothes to the community. The hats were very much appreciated!

They are as expected and fit all the adults in our house. The quality is good and price was right. I got them to have extras for everyone in both cars in case of something unexpected. I will never get teenage girls to actually take a hat with them, so these now reside in the glove box.
