Good quality grass but drain holes missing
Grass quality is good but the holes to drain at the bottom are missing. My purpose was to paste it on a wall, but I also have another requirement to put it in the balcony. But without drain holes this doesn’t serve my purpose. Hence a rating of 4

Low Qualily and Confusing Return Policy
I am really shocked to know that one of the mat that I ordered is not returnable.Context: my balcony is 9*7 so there is not mat avaialble for that size so I had to split it and order two mats.Process: I selected one mat with size 5*7 checked the return policy it was an returnable item. I added it to my cart. Then I changed the size on the same product page and selected another size 4*7 of te same mat/seller added to the cart. And completed the order.Problem: when both mat came, I found the quality of the product is not good,not at all natural looking, grass breakage and a lot of black poweder coming from back. I am ble to return the 5*7 size but not 4*7 size. To my shock 4*7 is not returnable. I would its wasn't transparent. I would check the return policy twice for the same product, same product page, same seller just different size. Not at all transparent.Request: I am really highly disappointed at this point. My request to the seller/amazon is to have a genuine look into this matter. Allow return of this product. I will appreciate your customer centric gesture.

Ensure you receive right thickness which was ordered.
I ordered 45mm, looks good however it’s not 45mm thickness. I will give it 3.5 star for quality as the base mat quality is not that great.

We are paying the quoted money. Why the seller is cheating
The company cheated us by sending 25mm high density instead of sending 45mm high density. The quality of the mat is also poor.

Amazing! Bought it at a lower price compared to the local market. The quality is good. I ordered 45mm thickness, so it might not feel exactly like 45mm, but the grass is very dense.
