Duncan Wong Yogic Arts: Source Power [DVD]

In his first DVD master Duncan wong provided the foundation for his unique style  Duncan Wong Yogic Arts - Awakening Level [DVD ]. In this second DVD he builds on the previous and revisits his postures by providing techniques to apply kindness and strength to our body in a deeper level. From a Yogic viewpoint, his style works on both inside, the inner body, and outside, the physical body, accelerating our Yoga practice. As Master Wong says: 'We now know easier ways to achieve our goals'. It works!

I've been a big fan of Duncan style, but found this dvd to difficult...especially his guiding. even part for beginners(I've been practicing yoga for a while), but maybe Im just to slow... really recommending workshops with Master Wong

Have been watching sections of this DVD on the TV for a over a year and decided to buy the DVD. I am glad I brought it, it is fantasic. I would never reach this level unless I practice every day for the next 5 years or more, but I enjoy watching him show you how to do each section.
