Absolutely fantastic product with a beautiful, unique, dynamic design that looks great both in motion & tucked away in my room.I purchased this roller for my husband, for use in our small apartment. But I was so excited to receive the box, which looks sleek like an apple product, that I opened it before handing it over.The roller itself is perfectly designed for both of us. I have small hands, so the grip is extremely important. It's easy to get a nice, tight grip on the handles, which keep me from slipping. My husband uses it with ease too. We've both used it every day since receiving it, which is more than I can say for any other exercise product. I'll be stocking up on these as gifts for the upcoming holidays - amazing device, great price, and quick results that make working out fun.

This is a solid ab wheel, I was expecting it to be mostly cheap plastic, but the grips and the edge of the wheel are a nice heavy rubber and the handle has a metal bar leading through it, the spokes are very solid plastic.

I am not really a fitness maniac, but try to keep shape by exercising for 15-20 minutes in the morning. I was looking for an easy and fun to use tool, like a jumping rope I already have, as I decided to work only with my body weight, and never with weights/dumbells - and this roller fell nowhere short of my expectations!It takes me just about 10 rolls to get to my limit (5 with the weight on my toes, and then another 5 on the knees), and I a, done for the day! :) There is some nice aching in the lower abs afterward to remind me I did something good in the morning, and I do not mind that.I'll see if the results are quick and visible - but for me, this is not the point. All the fun is in the process!By the way, my 6 y.o. son was never interested in imitating my morning gymnastics until he saw the roller - now he is snatching it from me to show how it should be done ninja style! :)SO, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE.
