TeamFar Baking Sheet, 16"x 12"x 1" Stainless Steel Cookie Sheet Pan

I realized I have had my scruddy old baking sheets for over 40 years. And they were cheap ones when I bought them. I think I could have pretty new ones, huh? I'm semi-retired now, and I cook and bake a lot more. Time for an upgrade! Went shopping on Amazon, and kinda glazed over after awhile. I picked these almost randomly of all the options. I expected them to scrud up fairly quickly, but no! True to stainless steel, they clean right off! Bubbled over pie? Quick trip to the floor for the dog pre-clean, a little soap and water in the sink, and good as new! Roasted veggies, cookies, biscuits, baked salmon, cinnamon rolls... everything slides right off. I don't even put parchment paper on them. I can bake salmon with no fear of the taste getting onto my cinnamon rolls the next time out. (before, one of my trays was dedicated to only fish) They don't flex or turn, and I have not had any issue with them warping in the oven. Now when the family comes over to help me cook, they don't take my baking sheets out of the drawer with the "ew ew ew 2 fingers." No more covering them with aluminum foil. Buy these. They're great!

This is the second set of trays I have gotten. I like them so much that I bought a set is for my daughter. I am replacing all aluminum and plastic items in my kitchen with stainless steel and glass pieces. These TeamFar trays are durable and easy to clean. I have had my set for several months and highly recommend them!

Still working months later, got these pans to hopefully prevent rust (working so far) that we got with other non stick pans. We wash these every time and they work really well. The one nuance of these is that they do bend in the oven but always come back into place (my guess is that's just thinner stainless steel). These 3 pans are great and allowed us to throw the rest of ours away.

I bought these trays to replace the much-used trays in an older Tovala electric oven. They are a perfect fit, almost like they're made for it. The trays are sturdy and seem like they could hold a decent weight if they had to. I like that they're stainless steel and not no-stick, which tend to hold up poorly in smaller electric ovens where they're close to the heating elements. Reason for 4 stars is they do have a tendency to "bend" when warming up and you'll hear a "TWANG" as two corners lift up. If you have small or round items on the tray they can get thrown off or all lumped together in the center when this happens. They go back down after cooking, then bow up again as they cool down, then flatten out. I guess they're just not heating entirely even, or something about the design of the tray edges isn't letting them expand enough. They seem to be doing it less the more I use them, so it's possibly just a matter of heat-cycling them until they stop doing it.

I wish I had ordered these years ago! I recently came across the question, "How old are your cookie sheets? Are you still using the same ugly, old, rusty ones you received when you set up your first kitchen?" OMG, yes! They were so awful I lined them with aluminum foil every time I used them, which was probably destroying the few brain cells I have left. So I threw them out and ordered these beautiful, shiny STAINLESS STEEL cookie sheets that I now use every day. Every day!! I roast veges and meats on them, bake breads and eggrolls on them, and reheat everything on them. They fit perfectly in my toaster oven (super-sized Breville, so the larger baking sheets fit, but I bought the smaller baking sheets, too, which will fit in ANY toaster oven) and, of course, in the regular oven. They clean like a dream!! That is the part of this that just blows me away! I swear, it is like washing glass. "Mirror Finish" is no exaggeration. Even though I spray/spritz/wipe them with oil (olive, canola, coconut, grapeseed, etc.) and then bake in the oven, they wash easily with sudsy water. No scrubbing, no harsh cleansers. They also fit in the dishwasher (along the side) and come out like brand new. One sheet that was air drying in a dish rack was so shiny that a visitor noticed it from across the room, commented on the shine, and joked that she was going to use it as a mirror. And that was after weeks of daily use. I wish I had purchased these years ago.

They are nice size for 1/2 sheet cakes and I used two cake mixes in each one. They are nice and heavy too!

I needed to replace a non-stick-coated aluminum pan that warped and gave out on its coating. It really couldn't be cleaned effectively without damaging the coating, which lasted less than a year. I'm trying stainless steel. These pans are relatively sturdy—not too thin. I looked for "professional" pans that might be thicker but found none at a reasonable price. I must say that the high polish and smooth surface might reduce sticking and reflect heat, too. I clean with a non-scratch sponge or brass scouring pad so as to retain that smooth surface. So good so far. Happy cook here. UPDATE: I have now used these pans for 8 months and frequently. I like them VERY MUCH. They don't stick, clean up well, and show fery few scratches. Uping to 5-stars.

Great quality stainless steel baking sheets that out of the box are polished to a mirror finish and are possibly works of art!?! It is almost a shame to have to use them when needed as they will not stay that way for long with use of other kitchen utensils. They are a solid weight that are versatile enough and fit easily into most ovens and heat evenly to give a consistent cooking result. Stainless steel is durable and should have a long service life and are a welcomed addition to my kitchen pots and pans collection.

These pans are so easy and versatile. I am able to clean all of burned out pieces off in two seconds. They are thin so they fit anywhere and light so anyone can pick them up yet they are sturdy. I have used these pans for everything from baking cooking to roasting a chicken. They are amazing.

Great quality for a cookie sheet, even been used many times and washed no issues.

I love these. They do warp a bit in the oven, but I haven't had anything fly off or get ruined from it.
