I'm on tablets for my acid reflux, this seems to help along side them. Having using one daily I have been able to actually eat normal food again. I will buy more. The tastes isn't too bad either.

Pleasant tea

This tea is great and really settles gut and works on reflux. However I have never successfully used the teabag again - either the bag has burst or it’s incredibly weak. Advertised as being able to be reused 3 times. With only one use, this is an expensive buy

Nutra tea for acid reflux- I feel it does help and a pleasant mild taste!

As others have said the bags are thin and break easily….need to strain ….which was the whole reason for buying bags!
