Works perfectly

Product looked identical to the one on my generator, minus the Honda sticker in the middle. Easy install, let my 7 year old install it, with my supervision. One pull starring and quick cord recoil. Hosed the plastic bag it came in and the product itself off with disinfectant due to being made in China as soon as it arrived!

Disintegrated after a few dozen pulls

I bought it a few months ago, and have pulled it maybe two dozen times since then. Today the wheel disintegrated when I pulled it. It should last a lot longer than that; I'm disappointed in the quality and would like my money back. It should have lasted WAY longer than that, I'm bummed I threw away the OEM pulley when I replaced the entire unit.
