As a handyman, I often use a laser level for tv mounts, shelves etc. but my tripod is only 1.2m high. With this mount, I can clip the laser to any rung on my ladder, or a shelf etc. What I didn't know until I got this today is that it comes with a rubber strap that allows it to be fixed to a pole without using the jaw! That removes any restrictions. It's so tough I could even use it on my bike! It's also very stiff so unlike to sink or deflect while in use. I am very happy with this mount and can't wait to use it!

The clamp is easy to use and works well, if a little bulky. The gooseneck would be great if you were only doing static filming.. but anything moving causes it to reshape. I was trying to use it on a motorcycle handlebar, with a hero 8 on (Not exactly a heavy camera), and it seemed to sag out of position with very little movement.. under 10mph it would just fall back which was annoying. I no longer use this on the bike, but the clamp comes with me, and I use a ram mount instead

The clamp can expand to about a 2inch gap. I bought this for holding my gopro to random stuff while i was building a workshop. It worked great as it could just about grip around the shorter side of the 2x4 beams. Really sturdy too. After about 4 months of use (and going in the ocean multiple times) the screw at the bottom of the bendy pole is slightly lose but that doesn't matter because it can just be tightened. Would highly recommend.

The joint nearest to the clamp keeps popping out 😡 Also (it might just be my interpretation) it is smaller than the picture looks.

Ideal strong clamp holds the camera still

The clamp is pretty awesome. It securely fixes, plus the rubber band adjust the diameter of the opening as a bonus Really disappointed with the goose neck extension. The pieces that are assembled with each other let you articulate the extension, in whatever position you need. Whether it stays in place is up to the gods. I've spent ages adjusting cameras (GoPros etc), but it often find the camera face down. Recently the extension has become looser. I only use it in one place (a branch for example) an it appears the slightest vibration causes it to drop. I now have two doing the same. Worthless tat, when you place a 150g camera on the mount on a stationary post and the gooseneck flops down. I wouldn't be comfortable putting any of my expensive photography kit on it

i had seen several reviews on this stating the plastic felt cheap and broke easily and i was hesitant to purchase. i’m glad i took the chance because the product is sturdy, easy to manipulate to get my gopro in the right spot and is equally useful with the second 1/4” thread too i can put my cold shoe camera flash on it and clamp it anywhere when i’m photographing a wedding. the clamp is very strong - the extra rubber strap really holds things up in place great product. super flexible and strong. impressed with it

Sorprende la fuerza de presión de la pinza, el cuello es flexible y mantiene la posición que uno necesite. Para cámaras GoPro o con adaptador. Vale menos de la mitad del original.
