It came on time but 1 of the country that I needed was missing...

Yes there are 100 toothpick flags per bag and they are paper flags that measure 1.5" x 1" and are attached to a 2.5" standard wood toothpick.They do not come with 100 separate countries or even 50 countries like the description led me to believe. There are only 10 flags of 10 countries. I needed them for an international Christmas tree.
