ARENA Anti-Fog Spray

I find it works reliably. If you spray from a distance and let it dry before using I’ve noticed it may fog a bit at first then clears. I’ve used it for a few week now (I swim 3 times a week) and I haven’t had to rinse my goggles once or take them off. Before this spray I was having to rinse them every length. I would definitely recommend and I will be buying another once the first runs out. No leaking.

It definitely helps with the fog but doesn’t keep my googles completely fog free. Might try spraying the night before. Quite expensive for just a small bottle. Especially if you are using it most days

Rubbish used as instructions said, I got no more than three strokes into my first lap and they were fogged. Rinsed tried again fogged in four or five strokes. Absolute waste of money, would not recommend. Update I have now followed the instructions religiously, even down to measuring distance when spraying, and I take it all back. Have used them twice and the stuff works no fog, very pleased, admittedly the swims weren't too long but compared to when I originally wore them it works great.

I followed the instructions and tried it. It only worked for about 2 minutes then goggle was foggy again. Rather to buy a new goggle.

Does what it says on the bottle, one spray in each lens and my goggles didn’t fog up once whilst I was in the pool (approx 30 mins). Handy thing to have in your kit bag.

So disappointed with this. It simply doesn’t work. I train twice per week and always had a problem with fogging. I thought this would be the answer buy sadly not! I’ve tried spraying prior to going in, and also during. Goggles fogged within 30 seconds. I would not recommend this as it’s a total waste of money.

Does the trick.

I may be using it wrong but I followed the instructions. It works as advertised for a few minutes but then my goggles fog up as normal. I do sweat a lot whilst exercising, but was very disappointed with the results. Any tips greatly appreciated.

works pretty well, i have to spray my goggles whenever i go for swim and no fog during my swim. will buy again

I have literally tried every type of anti-fog product out there, with not much success. Some even hurt my eyes so bad, they were blurry for an hour. Definitely scary. I am an avid swimmer, 6 days per week. And this is by far the best product I have tried and will not use anything else. Not only does it keep my goggles free from fogging up, but I have absolutely NO irritation to my eyes or skin. In fact it worked so well, that I use it for my eyeglasses, which have special anti-glare treatment without any problem. It cleans and protects my glasses just like my goggles. I highly recommend this product, I don't think you'll find better.
