I don't eat pork so turkey bacon is good for me. I cook it in the micro so it is crispy and many people may think it is overcooked but for me it is just fine. Whole foods carries it if you want to try it first. I like the convenience of having it in the pantry ready to go for a BLT or a snack at night.

Very good turkey bacon. We microwave each piece for 19 seconds and it is crispy with a good taste. Rather expensive but my husband is on a special diet and cannot have regular bacon. Our local stores no longer carry turkey bacon.
