NOT NEW! Ordered one and received a box that had been opened and parts were missing (the 'hopper') and product didn't work. Ordered a second one as I though maybe I was just unlucky to get a returned one...however the second one arrived also been opened and items missing from the box (the 'Gellets') the gun itself did not work properly. I know these seem a good deal but I'll just say there is a reason they are cheaper than all the others available....they are clearly dodgy ones that have been returned. Don't waste your time or money.

These are probably the best most easily accessible gel blasters you can buy easily shoots the distance stated so good I had to buy a second one recharging is easy as is making more gel pellets this blaster genuinely makes mark where it hit you wife says it hurts but kids have shot me with it and I wouldn't say it hurt but you can definitely feel it. I always make the kids wear the safety glasses tho

You can get a lot cheaper Gel blasters these days but if your willing to spend the money this is a solid option. My kids (and me) have had some much fun with these that I think it's money well spent.

Well this certainly has been one of my better drunken purchases, it's proper good quality and if you happen to accidentally fire it on your shoeless foot then the pain goes away very quickly. I'm taking it to a stag do and it's going to be crazy fun giving it the beans to the groom. Gel blaster battles imminent! I love engaging exciting items, so a cheeky unusual nice toy purchase has paid off big time! Good range and speed, super easy to put together and use. Nice touch with there being gel pellets already to be fired, saved waiting the 2 hours for the extra 10000 to be ready. Really I'm just a big kid that just wants to get blasting. Would recommend. The Gelblaster surge is well made and fun to play with. But does not fire correctly. It will fire anything up to three balls at a time when set to fire once, which is pointless and a waste of ammo. To be clear this is 2 or 3 balls when set to semi auto. Contacted support, confirmed the balls were the correct size, adjusted the spring, nothing they can do, issue with the manufacture of the device.

First off this is a great bit of kit. Got a squirrel problem in my garden and my other half won't let me kill them! So first off bought a water blaster which seemed to work for a bit, then they treated it like a shower!! So looked at the options and decided on the blaster. Right choice, it hits them and they do not like it, but are free to try a more sociable garden. The supplied gellets are great, accurate and fast. Don't buy another make as they are not as good and end up just falling out of the gun. The bad... battery life is very short not the 3-4hrs expected closer to 30mins of use. Which is ok as I'm not into battles, but 3hrs would have been great, maybe I have a bad battery. After writing this the unit has died, 6days use only. Seller promises to replace and then doesn't. Gel blaster site is hopeless as well. Buy a cheaper one, at least you won't lose so much money. Mines now in the bin. Buyer beware!!
