Took 4 pills this morning with breakfast. Shortly after my brain fog was gone. That big dark foggy heavy overshadowing in my brain was gone. This worked excellent for me and I hope it will help others.

This is a good multi-vitamin that contains most of the recommended supplements for memory support. My dad is in memory care and this is an easy way for his caregivers to make sure he gets what helps without having to open 10 bottles. It is always hard to gage things with a memory care patient; I can't say for sure if it is doing anything but it can't hurt.

So I'm giving it a four out of five because I'm going to continue using this product because it's great. The problem is that they are not using the proper moisture packs to keep these pills safe and it's quality preserved. This is the second time this has happened so I decided to go ahead and write a review to let everyone know, to check your pills and their quality. The problem aren't the pills the problem are the moisture packs. I have put a picture for reference between a good pill and a defective pill. The pill on the left with a darker appearance is the one that has not lost its protective layer and fall apart because it has absorbed no moisture versus the pill on the right side that has lost its protective layer by absorbing moisture and it looks different....in the bottle was covered with powder. I appreciate the customer service for issuing a refund after I have given them a full 3 minute video demonstrating the problem. And this is for the manufacturer to go ahead and check their moisture packs so that they don't lose money.

Has helped me a lot getting older and more focused to get things done

I have been using this for about 3 months. I don't see a noticeable improvement in my memory as of now. Ill keep using it for a few more months to see if I notice anything.

This supplement smells and tastes absolutely horrible. It's a very tough pill to swallow. I'm not sure how effective it is, because I have not taken a lot of them. The reason why I have not taken a lot of them is that the taste and smell of these pills are horrible; it's like swallowing a chunk of rotten fish. Unless they can improve the taste and smell of this product, I do not suggest it. You should not have to taste a pill, you're supposed to swallow it. But you will taste this one going down, and it's one of the worst things I've tasted. I always get a gag reflex when taking these.
