Arrived 1 day late, but fine with that. Good machine, worked on 1st try after a quick read of the instructions. DON’T press hard. X4 Light slow passes in slot 1 was enough to grind a decent sharp edge. X4 light passes in slot 2 to polish and refine the sharp edge. Great results with minimal learning curve. Very happy with this machine to produce sharp knives fast. Stable machine, doesn’t move around in use. All drops back in its original cardboard box for back of the cupboard storage.

Easy to use , quick and efficient , my knives are now as sharp as when they were bought including serrated ones.

Super happy with this. I can cut tomatoes again and slice easily through meat. Quick, quiet and small enough to tuck away when not in use.

Excellent sharpener for all sorts of knives, easy and safe to use. Did not realise how dull my kitchen knives had become until I used this. They now slice through meat, veg and bread effortlessly. Need to use sharpener on right hand side for serrated blades but covered in the instructions.

Nicely made, but I found my hand sharpener did just as well without the need for electricity or the bulk of the unit

Es excepcional y una auténtica maravilla para cualquier cocina. Lo recomiendo de verdad: si estás dudando, cómpralo, porque merece la pena y se nota la diferencia desde el primer uso.
