It is best protein in this range literally this protein can compete with more high price brands also . Good absorption. No mixing issue and it's 2 time I purchased cream and chocolate flavour is very good. Value for money if you buy you will again buy and it will not make you switch on other . No bloating. Have shown results.

Too sweet
Do not actually know the actual protein content per scoop. The product advertises, no added sugar but reality is otherwise. It is too sweet. One sip and you'll know the sweetness is to mask the other shortcomings of this whey protein shake. Doesn't feel like a bodybuilding, muscle building supplement but rather like kids drink like horlicks n the like. Also bad packaging. The zip lock tore within two three uses.
