Installed this on a old machine with a failed AMD graphics card. Now the display is vibrant and crisp. I had to go to the Nvidia website and search for GeForce 210 and select the OS, which is by the way, an old Windows 7 Pro 32 bit machine. So you need to know your OS, but that was pretty painless and the install steps you through the software setup easy. 👍

I bought the QTHREE Geforce 210 1024 MB DDR3 Graphics Card as an experiment. I read an article on PC Magazine's website that said it is a good idea to use a video video card in all computers because the video card takes the burden of producing all video images off of the central processing chip. So I thought I would test that advice and purchase an inexpensive video card. I saw the QTHREE Geforce 210 1024 MB DDR3 Graphics Card here on the Amazon website and bought it. The QTHREE Geforce 210 helped to reduce video rendering times in my video editing software and online videos look good. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the video card helped to reduce latency timing issues when using my MIDI DAW software virtual instruments. For less than $40 dollars I got a nice performance boost. The QTHREE Geforce 210 uses an older processing chip so performance would probably be greater by using a more up to date video card but the advice proved to be true. That is why serious video game players spent a lot of money buying high performance graphics cards for game play. But the QTHREE Geforce 210 works. Thanks Amazon for having such a wide variety of computer parts and accessories.

I needed HDMI to hook my older desktop to my HDTV, and this card works perfectly. It was easy to install and seems to be of good quality.

I dont use these for gaming as 99.9% people wont. But there good for resting if your main gpu died.

Works but not well with some Linux distros. Buy AMD Graphics for better compatibility.

Well packaged and easy install into HP multimedia PC. Just what I needed to run CURA and Autodesk Fusion 360. Price was right and performance has exceeded my hopes.

When I received the item, it was already opened .where you screw down to the computer was bent like it was in someone else's computer already. and everything was opened in a return envelope on top of that. Figuring out also that it's going outdated is it won't even work in Windows 11 paid full price.not to pleased.

Was wanting this for a low-profile case, so that it would actually allow HDMI out (as the existing PC motherboard doesn't have any). For this it works fine, but for a GT210, the heatsink could have been beefier and fan-less. At this price point, this should have been how the card was designed. Instead, the fan comes on at 100% and doesn't even fluctuate depending on workload, so that whirring sound from that fan is quite audible over ever other fan in the system (3: side case fan, CPU fan, power supply fan). Since the fan is so noisy, the other fans inside the case aren't noticeable. So if you're looking to add a GPU to your older PC or just to get the CPU away from doing the work of the GPU, find another card that hasn't got a fan on it and has a large heatsink, because this and probably others will be the loudest in your machine.
