Screen not working - Camera was replaced
Quite disappointed to discover it’s not working as soon as I opened the box. It was all sealed so believe we were just unlucky but still not happy. You expect to get a functioning product afterall. ///// Updated feedback after I complained on the above and I was sent a replacement camera at no cost to me. The new camera works so all is good. Thank you for the great customer service 😊

great little camera for the price
Really impressed with this camera, it hasn’t been child tested yet but I’m impressed with the quality of pictures and ease of use. Will update if it can survive a weeks holiday with a 3 year old!

False advertising
Purchased this as a gift for my son for his 6th birthday. Decided to test it before and I’m so glad I did. While it is easy for me to navigate it would be quite complicated for the age range it’s aimed at. I took a couple of pictures and was shocked at how bad the quality was. I was expecting it not to be too bad as it’s advertised as 40mega pixels… image quality was the same as my very old 12.1 mega pixel camera so I checked the settings and the maximum it gives you is actually only 12 NOT 40! Video is stated on the advert and camera as 1080p but I’d be shocked if it’s more than 720p as we have other 1080p and it’s terrible be comparison. Avoid. Don’t buy.

Just didn't work
It worked for 2 days and then broke. Should have returned but it was a Christmas present so didn't.

Constantly freezing
Constantly freezes!! So disappointing! My son LOVES taking the photos and looking back, but take more than 10 pics in one sitting and it freezes. Have to constantly reset it. Which for an impatient 3 year old is painful to say the least. Wouldn't recommend this product at all.
