You can't find a full keyboard at this price that sounds, feels, & looks as good as this.
I got the grey/vintage version with with the Wisteria linear switch. I absolutely love it. I got it for "black friday" at $84. Out of the box, it works like it's supposed to and sounds great. The keys sound thocky/creamy with NO mods. I might mod it one day, but I really don't need to. The switches are factory lubed pretty well and the key caps are a high quality plastic that feels good when typing or gaming. The switches & caps are easy to remove with the free switch puller they included. The RGB is solid and doesn't make it harder to read the keys. The little screen is cool. I put a little rocket ship flying through the stars for my animation. The knob also has a nice tactile feel. It's nice having a quick access to adjust volume & pause/play. It is a plastic housing, but it's really quality thick plastic that isn't prone to smudges. The CABLE is sick. I didn't even know about the cable that came with it & that's worth probably $20 on its own. It feels really high quality and works as expected. The one annoying thing i would mention is that the software can be difficult to navigate when you're trying to customize the RGB & tiny screen settings. It's not the BEST mechanical keyboard you can find, but it is the best in this price range (for a full size). I was considering a keyboard called the Zoom98 for over $200 and am glad I went with this for less than half the money.

Fantastic Keyboard. Exactly what I wanted.
For the last few weeks, I've been searching for a quality keyboard to get for a PC build. I wanted a full keyboard that looked nice, performed great, and felt excellent. After looking at various brands, I settled on the RT100 because of the price point and the decent reviews. Well, this keyboard is a dream. It is compact, which for a full keyboard is great. None of the shift keys are awkward to reach (a problem I've had before). The keyboard has a nice weight to it, even though it is plastic. It supports multiple modes of connection (Bluetooth, 2.4ghz, and wired). The cable it provided is beefy with metal ends, which I greatly appreciated. And the little monitor it comes with is quite cool. I also love the various way the keyboard lights up and that the brightness can be adjusted. I have the wisteria keys, and I love the sound. Would recommend this keyboard.

Do not waste your money, returned within a day.
I purchased this keyboard after seeing it sponsored in LTT’s recent video featuring this keyboard, for the price and the features I couldn’t pass it up, screen is super cool, right? Lord Jesus Christ was I wrong. I got it and I will say the keyboard felt amazing (wistera linear switch’s) and that’s where the good things I have to say about this keyboard stop. I plug it in using the included cable anddd, nada. The keyboard “bootlooped” turning on and off again with the screen claiming it was connected to windows but windows didn’t recognize the keyboard and windows would eventually would say “USB device not recognized” I figure alright strange maybe a defective cable. Nope. I tried 3 other cables I had and all were the same story. I thought it could have been my usb ports, also was not the case didn’t matter wether I used my front panel usb 2.0 or 3.0 ports or my mobo 3.0 ports. The keyboard DID work with Bluetooth and the usb transmitter/receiver but there’s 2 problems with that. For one YOU CANT UPDATE THE FIRMWARE UNLESS THE KEYBOARD IS CONNECTED WITH A CABLE. That’s just genius right? And it gets better, the screen cannot have animations or gifs put onto it unless IT IS ALSO CONNECTED WITH A CABLE. So great I’m stuck only using the keyboard in wireless mode and unable to add animations/gifs. But it gets worse. For me, the function key did not work at all, I couldn’t change the brightness/color settings and other misc settings on the keyboard unless I used the (shitty) driver/software. And I couldn’t factory reset the damn thing either, since the key binds need the function key to do that. On the screen, the date did not work, the temperature units were stuck on Celsius even when you selected Fahrenheit. The cpu usage wouldn’t work unless the driver/software was run in administrator and set up every time you restart your computer. I am not the only person to experience these types of problems if not worse problems. Do a quick google search of “Epomaker RT100 problems” and see for yourself. It sucks that in concept, this keyboard is awesome but in execution, it’s god awful. It’s really an alibaba keyboard rebranded by a drop shipping company and peddled to people that don’t know any better. I wish I had known before buying this keyboard but I leave this as a warning to people looking to buy ANYTHING Epomaker. DONT BUY EPOMAKER.

Love the thocky sound of this keyboard
I spent hours researching this specific keyboard and the various switches it can come with and decided to go with the wisteria linear switches. Needles to say the research was not in vain and I love this keyboard. Let me just preface this review by saying that I DID NOT get this keyboard to game hence the NUM pad. I literally stare at computer screens all day long typing, calculating, and looking up guidelines so I was looking for a mechanical keyboard with a NUM pad, RGB lighting, and that had the keyboard sound I so love. With all that said, don't judge me cause I got one with the NUM pad and even if you do, its all good lol. This keyboard comes with a USB-C cord, a mini display, 2.4G USB, and keycap/switch puller. I have a few MAO keycaps in mind I want to purchase and try out on this, but for now the original PBT keycaps will do. I'm not a fan of how the spacebar sounds but with most mechanical keyboards, the spacebar is usually a miss in my opinion. Regardless of that, all the keys are very responsive and feel great. As for the size and weight of this bad boy, tis a bit hefty. The size of it works fine for what I need to do for work and school yet its pretty heavy for a plastic keyboard. BUT, in my resesrch I saw others take or try to take the keyboard apart so I get why it is heavy. You have 3 ways of connecting this to your devices (up to 3 device connections). 1. Wired connection of USB-C (not using for now), 2. Bluetooth connection (used on my work laptop), and 3. 2.4GHz wireless connection (used on my personal computer). Connecting using option 2 and 3 were a breeze and so quick. Though now that I think about it, I wonder if you can connect via Bluetooth with more than one Bluetooth device, plus wireless and wired giving you more than 3 connections 🤔. That's for another day, I'm getting side tracked. Let's talk lights and software next. The lighting is decent for what I want to use the keyboard for and the FN +Del option to change the light flow os also decent. The keyboard has about 5-8 options, now there could be more but I lost track counting since I was overly excited switching the light flow of the keyboard. It happens I'm used to it by now. I wanted to see if I could get better looking color options onstead of the Christmasy looking lights the keyboard has so I downloaded the software driver from Epomaker's website. In order to do this you need to have the keyboard off and connected to the USB-C with either the Mac or Windows option selected on the keyboard. Software download was quick and painless. Had to extract the files before installing...installation took about 2.5 seconds compared to something else I installed earlier today. Software took three tries to get it to recognize the keyboard was correctly connected even though it was connected the first try. So I messed around with a few colors using the color picker and uploaded it to the keyboard and it came pretty close to what I chose. So I take it back there are more than 8 light modes which you can explore in the software. Software is neat as far as lighting, just wish I could add lighting effects to my colors of choice. There are also other works saved by users that you can upload to the keyboard. You can also program the mini TV in the software to upload pictures, update time and weather and even add a gif. Has great potential but overall the software is not great and even updating the date and time for the mini TV is a hassle. Moving on to my fave part, the sound! Please note, there's really no way to describe how I love the sound so if this part is lacking enthusiasm, it's okay just buy the keyboard and hear for yourself 😉. So I mentioned the spacebar so terrible already, but when youre in the zine typing, you don't hear it as much as you would if you were just pressing the spacebar. I still want to hear the keys woth MAO keycaps as I think the thockiness is different. They keys sound sooo great and its at the low level of thock that I like. I'm a linear switch kinda gal so the wisteria linear switches in this keyboard works just fine for me. I may try one of their silent switch keyboards next. I'll probably use that one at work. The sound of the keys is really somothe and just heavenly to listen to. Fingers don't slide off the keys and even with long nails typing is easy. Can't wait to hear what it sounds like with different keycaps. Oh so I forgot to mention the volume knob, long story short it works, can pause and play your audio and increase or decrease the volume of your audio. Nothing super spectacular about it. Manual says you can customize the knob in the software but yeah I'm over the software for today so maybe a other day. The keyboard charges while you have it plugged via USB-C. I'll have to see how good the battery life is once charged and used without the USB-C cord. So overall this is a 10/10 recommend if you're not too bothered by the software and you like the thock sound of a mechanical keyboard that can be connected a few ways to various devices, has hot swappable switches and keycaps, along with a mini TV for esthetics. I honestly took a star away because of the software and spacebar, other than that he's a keeper!

Fails to hold a charge after two months
I really loved this keyboard. I’ve been using it as my main work keyboard since it arrived in mid July. The responsiveness and sound from the Wisteria Linear switches is fantastic. I love the feel and the subtle backlighting. The knob for sound and playback works flawlessly. I have not had the common issue with the included charging cable. I have used both the Bluetooth and dongle which have worked without issue. Now the cons: The software is really not great. It’s not a huge issue but I also won’t install it on my work computer for security reasons, so have been unable to change anything except when I initially set it up on my personal computer. My biggest issue is that after two months, the keyboard no longer holds a charge. I bought this as a wireless keyboard to minimize the already huge nest of cords on my desk. The battery indicator light will show as fully charged after it has been plugged in for some time, but as soon as it is unplugged it will start blinking and the LCD screen shows a depleted battery. This is a huge deal breaker for me. Hopefully reaching out to product support can help with this issue and I’ll happily update my review if that happens.

Great Sound, Easy Setup
Got the Green EPOMAKER RT100 with Wisteria Linear Switches. Came with the smartscreen and keycap puller. With this keyboard, you have 3 ways of connecting to your device. You can use Bluetooth directly to your device, Bluetooth via the wireless receiver, or you can use the wired connection. In order to upload certain images or animations to the mini smart screen, you are going to have to use the wired connection, but once uploaded, you can switch to any connection. Yes, you can change the RGB mode and color from the keyboard itself. All my buttons are working, nothing is missing. It's easy to setup and fun to type with and I love the color. For the price and quality, this is great.

Gamers/Long-time Users Beware
Today roughly marks the one-year anniversary of me owning this keyboard and it has underperformed since after roughly the 6-month mark. I want to start off the review with everything that I love about the keyboard, the sound of the switches is beautiful -> see attached video <- and I love the way the keyboard looks. The color scheme is very nice imo and I like the custom-ish keys for the space bar/enter/etc, The sound of the switches is what has made me stick to the keyboard for so long, the sound is great. However you can only rely on your looks for so long. Here's where I start my rant and explaining WHY I give this aesthetically-pleasing product 2 stars. In the beginning EVERYTHING on the keyboard worked fine, there was nothing wrong with anything asides from a minor scratch I believe. Over time the quality of the keyboard has begun to degrade at an exponential rate, I have taken care of it fairly well (cleaning it with compressed air, not eating around it, no grime has really gotten to it) and after much wear and tear it hasn't come out pretty. I am an avid gamer and use the keyboard a lot, the WASD and F key have started to very visibly fade and most importantly something I want to emphasize with GREAT detail. *********THE KEYS HAVE JUST STOPPED WORKING********** I noticed that my keys had begun to not register whenever they are pressed, most notably and currently annoying is the E key which doesn't want to be bothered at all half the time. The only temporary solution I've found to this is swapping out the switches for other switches that I previously owned (TO NOTE: THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ANY ADDITIONAL SWITCHES TO SWAP OUT IF SOMETHING LIKE THIS WERE TO HAPPEN (FOR THE PRICE ID EXPECT BETTER)) Although this seemed to work for a bit, the issue would always come back again and again with different keys that haven't been swapped yet. This is such a major issue and TERRIBLE for the usage of it, playing games is annoying and typing is terrible because I have to recheck what I wrote and see there are 50 spelling mistakes and I have to constantly go back after the keyboard didn't register what I was typing. Another thing that is a total game breaker is the lack of response or cut-off response for some keys after long periods of use. After a lot of gaming with my WASD keys I notice that a sort of delay starts to occur on my WASD keys, I'll be holding W to go forward and then try and strafe or move left and right and my W key will just be cut-off and I won't move forward anymore until I give it a second to breathe and then rinse and repeat. This has lost me MANY games and put me in MANY embarrassing situations that I just have to take the blame for, the fact that this is an issue is mad to me, how does this happen? This has never happened on my previous keyboards. Third, the Mac <-> Windows switch is TERRIBLE AND BROKEN FOR ME, I noticed it recently (around a month ago) where I'll have the switch set to Windows mode and my ALT key will wildly become the Windows button, I wasn't sure why this was so I had to search it up and I found that if a keyboard comes with such a button it can glitch out/break and cause it to permanently be stuck in Mac mode. As I'm typing this up it is stuck in Mac mode and I only circumvented this through the software, manually changing the ALT key into and actual ALT key and the Windows key into the Windows key, SUPER ANNOYING, my right ALT is still a windows button, cant be swapped. Fourth, the mini display is such a MAJOR SCAM, if you are purchasing this product for the aesthetic screen that you can attach to the keyboard. DONT. The screen worked for me for about two days max, after that the gif wouldn't load properly and wouldn't play, it was just there and didn't do anything but take up more space. I searched up how to fix it and nothing worked (yes I tried the solutions x y and z) so inevitably I decided to take off the screen and it hasn't been attached since. Fifth and pretty important, the cord that is given becomes mighty sensitive after a long time in many cases if moved, even slight sometimes, it will shut off the keyboard for a couple seconds until it reboots itself. Overall I want to summarize my review with this list. Pros : Keyboard Sound 5/5 Keyboard Design 5/5 Video Play/Pause Button 1/1 (Great Feature) Cons: Keys fading easily 1/5 Some keys stopped registering after just six months of usage 0/5 Mac <-> Win Button 0/5 Mini-Screen 0/5 (Not worth it) No additional switches to use in case of emergency 0/5 If there's one review you read about this product I hope it's this one. I love the look of the product and its functionality in the early stages of usage. However if you're planning on using it for gaming or intense typing please consider a different keyboard before yours shoots out like mine has. I would recommend this keyboard to anyone that wants a nice sounding keyboard and isn't planning on using it for anything other than lite typing and non-extended period of time usage. I would NOT recommend this product to gamers or people who have to type a lot for a living. Thank you for your time.

One of the best!
I am a total fan of Epomaker keyboards. I own way to many and love every one of them. This one though, WOW, AND WOW. I absolutely love this board. The gasket mount is fabulous. It has a flex cut board. Super soft and can type for hours. I am a huge fan of the mda profile so for me that's a win. I put some box whites in it and did nothing else. Epomaker boards need no more attention. They are top of the line as far as I am concerned. Every board I have bought from them has been to the highest quality. Epomaker, is you are listening I can't wait for those two new boards you have coming out. They look amazing.

Great keyboard but flawed screen, software, and QC
A great, quirky, but quite flawed keyboard at a decent price Cons - the screen is an absolute gimmick and serves no real function other than for asthetics - poor execution on the software front, the screen could be used for so many things like monitoring CPU and GPU temp but no software support for anything further than gif, time, temp for your city, CPU usage - a lot of things for the screen are broken on the software side and requires some research to fix (unable to set time, unable to see temp etc) - not great value for rrp, diy keyboards with metal frames could be had for similar money - scratches and poor QC on the screen as show (returned the damaged one and all good on the second one) Pros - the screen looks great and unique despite its flaws - great thock even compared to my keychron Q5 Pro - the wisteria linear switch is a must have, feels smooth and sounds creamy compared to the other offerings - good connectivity options and features - good quality key caps, decent LED brightness Personally I really enjoyed the keyboard despite all of its flaws, I returned the first but bought it again and Im glad I did. I got this on sale and for the price of AUD160 and there isnt much out there around that price that offers this level of uniqueness and quality. The screen once all set up looks great and keyboard has some great thock. Sadly this keyboard could have been much much more if only the software was better.

Makes typing a joy
Not normally a sensory person but this thing is a delight to use. Extremely well designed - only small thing I wish it had a ‘skep to next song’ button. Would buy it again.

Good first impression usage wise, horrible out of box
I'm not sure what this package had to go through to get to me, but when I opened up the box about half of the keyscaps and switches had come loose. Unfortunately I had to plug them all back in myself which was kind of annoying with long nails haha. Besides that my first impressions are good! Love typing on it (previously had a Corsair with silver speed Cherry's) and the little display is super cute. Connecting it to and installing it on my PC was fast and easy:)
