Weber 36" Gas Griddle, 4 Burner, Black

This thing is a game changer! We were originally debating between the Weber and blackstone, and ultimately chose the Weber for the sleeker, more professional look, the BTUs, and the grease trap location. Overall, a very sturdy griddle with great amount of space on the griddle top. My husband and I can easily cook next to each other! No immediate issues warping on the shelves as I read in some other reviews. I do wish there was a little more prep space to work with, but it’s totally manageable. If we ever have a big cook, we’ll probably just take out a folding table to help prep anyways. I can’t express how much this FUN this thing is to cook on! Breakfast is so much fun, I’ve never cooked better pancakes! Not smoking up the whole house with bacon might be worth 5 stars on its own! Dinner is a breeze and we’re trying a lot of new recipes! Everything is super tasty, meats get a good char. We love cooking on it!

Have put off going to a flat top outdoor griddle for a long time. Got the Weber and wow...fast delivery, easy assembly, easy maintenance too. Have had for 2 weeks and have used 4 times. Still learning about flat top cooking, but wow. It's of the highest quality and easy to use! No more standard grill here. Totally sold on this Weber Flat top griddle!

This is a wonderful griddle. Had it 2 years now. When using always turn on the right side burner first, that insures the two remaining burners ignite properly. Always go right to left. The griddle gets hot fast. Takes some getting used to to setting right temperature. Curing the surface is critical. Do it, don’t just start cooking. Use oil, cook it in, cool off, clean up and get ready for use. Always clean up after use. It is a good idea to do it while it is hot. Put some oil on the surface otherwise it will rust unless you bought a stainless steel,, wish I did.

Great Flat top Grill!! Getting my moneys worth out of this. Had in cart for well over a year. Compared this to my sons Blackstone. This is superior in many ways. The build and the 60k BTUs are great. Have used it multiple times before leaving this review. Make sure you take the time and season before use. It definitely makes a huge difference. I may use this more than my other Weber grill. Got an amazing price on this and couldn’t pass it up. I pulled the trigger when it dropped $200

The Weber 28" Gas Griddle heats evenly, cooks food quickly, and is perfect for outdoor meals. The three burners give great control, and it’s sturdy and well-built. Very satisfied—highly recommend!

Seems to be well made and cooks evenly. The griddle plate was seasoned according to Weber instructions and has no issue, it's just the surface did not seem as smooth or slick as the griddle it replaced. This could be due to it still being new and not having built up a thick seasoning layer yet. IDK.

This griddle has became an indispensable piece of my outdoor cooking equipment. Griddle is easily seasoned and requires very little effort to clean and maintain. I suggest a silicone griddle mat to cover with during long periods (winter, ect) on storage and extreme moisture.

Been using size 28 griddle for about a month now. Each time I bought food at the Mediterranean restaurant at the mall, they prepare the food in front you and I was convinced that this tool is what need. So I got. I grilled separate things over the weekend to keep in the fridge for the week. So you can imagine I used it a lot. It took sometimes to assemble.. don't remember exactly..maybe around 2 hrs. First do not skip the seasoning part before using the griddle. Check YouTube on hiw to season a griddle. Apparently it makes last long. Just connect to propane tank and push each know in to turn on and voila. I spry first with pam spray when cooking I used the griddle to grill fish.. delicious. I used the griddle for burgers, delicious I used the griddle for chicken, delicious I used the griddle for lamb, delicious Cleaning, drop of dish soap in water and scrub lightly. Then change water and wipe again. I have one recommendation to the designer of this griddle. The two side sections to place bowls and stuff, it would have been excellent if it accounts for drainage in case one forgets to cover and it rains. Even when covered the rain still gets to that section and I will need to drain it myself. Also the griddle cover is not meant to be closed when the griddle is on. If you want the food covered you need to buy something for that purpose
