Works as advertised!
I needed some LM317s for a small electronics project and these fit the bill perfectly. I didn't need as many as this package came with, but for the price I couldn't resist! Excellent product!

BAD BATCH OF CHIPS!!
After hours chasing down non-existent problems in my circuit I breadboarded the simplest circuit possible with the "LM317T", R1, R2 and a 2W 22R resistor for the load. The measured voltage was 2 volts lower than calculated and continually fell off. I replace the VR with a true LM317T from TI and it worked as advertised. I tested 5 out of this batch and all acted the same way. BEWARE.
