It does its job and keeps my tank clean. The water flows smoothly and produces a pleasant, calming sound rather than a noisy crash. The pressure can be adjusted as well. The installation was quick; I was able to put it up in a couple of minutes. Perfect sizing for my 50-gallon tank.

I've had this filter for about year an a half now . My African side neck turtle ( Bowser) is in a 75 gallon tank . With this filter . It's an amazing filter . I paired it with a bubbler on other side of tank to push water to the filter. But it cleans great. not noisy at all not like my other tank . Filters are easy to change. I do have one issue that's why only 4 stars .I've had to put a bridge underneath to help support the weight of it . It pushes a lot of water when it's plugged in causing the suction cups to not really work because the weight of the water flow . Like I said though I just put a turtle bridge underneath it and suctioned the cups to the side and still working perfectly fine .. hasn't moved or came unsucktioned since .

This turtle tank aquarium filter arrived yesterday and stopped working today. Very disappointing quality. I expected it to last much longer than one day. I would not recommend it.

I purchased this filter for a 40-gallon tank housing my yellow-bellied slider turtle, so dependable filtration is not optional—it's essential. From the first few weeks of use, the filter was noticeably louder than expected. I followed all troubleshooting instructions, including checking and securing the suction cups and cleaning the valve as directed.Although these steps reduced the noise somewhat, the problem never fully disappeared. Now, after only about two months of use, the filter has stopped working completely.I am extremely disappointed with the quality and longevity of this product. A filter should last far longer than a couple of months, especially when it is being used as intended and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions. The failure of this filter puts me in a difficult position because my turtle depends on a clean and properly filtered environment.I had higher expectations based on the product description and reviews. At this point, I am hoping the seller will stand behind their product and provide a replacement or other resolution. Until then, I cannot recommend this filter due to its excessive noise and premature failure
