These cameras function exactly as they should. The set up was easy. For my first security system the instructions were straight forward. I had no problem. The night vision picture is very clear. I've contacted there customer service several times about different things, and they were always super quick to respond and they were very helpful.

I love this product I will buy it again, I sent it to Cuba for my house it does not need internet it is the best, it has excellent night recording I recommend it 100%

This worked for about 9 months, then the hard drive stopped working, so I contacted them and they sent me another hard drive, I put it in and the same thing, HDD NOT FOUND, so I contacted them and said, it might be the firm ware, could you send me another unit and make sure its working first. then they sent me another NVR without a hard drive saying, take the hard drive out and install it into this one. so I did and I got the same thing, HDD NOT FOUND. so I contacted them and now they have stopped saying anything. so i purchased another brand of NVR and now the 4 cameras that came with this system do not work in my new system. and what does AMAZON say, I need to contact the manufacturer, Its still under warranty, what seems to be the problem?

Great setup that has plenty of features in the DVR. Install went well and everything works as it should. My only complaint is you get 5MP cameras bit a DVR system that maxes out at 1080P! What is the point of having 2k or better cameras coupled with a DVR that can only view 1080p in each channel? Advertising gimmick maybe? Just like I installed a set recently that stated 4k DVR but it came with only 1080p cameras. Overall the picture quality is good at both day and night. If any street lighting etc it sees well at night in full color and the camera that has total darkness around it sees well in B&W at night with the built in IR spot light. The cameras have a good wide angle lens and pickup and very good amount of area on the screen! They are holding up well outside in the weather with heavy rain and winds with no problems. Have not had any problems with lag or connectivity at all and the motion detection works as it should. The app works well also on mobile devices. Overall it works well and is a great piece of mind for security. I just wish the DVR viewed and recorded in 2k rather than 1080p max.

As you can see impressive images day and night. I have these cameras covering my property 1.25 acres and I can see everything. The cameras and the unit are 12v. That means because I'm off grid I can wire them directly into my 12 volt fuse block. Yes they're 120 to 12 volts but I can just cut off the plug end and hardwire them in, instead of having to run them through my inverter. These are ideal for off grid use. They can be set up without having to go online but you can also program them online so you can have access to the cameras on your phone myself I'm offline and I like to have the hardwired system because they can't be hacked

I bought the system, installed it, and it has worked flawlessly for me since! I have peace of mind knowing that it is reliable . I would highly recommend this product.

This was delivered to my home on 6/19/25. When I tried to do a playback of video on 9/29/25, I discovered that the hard drive was no longer functioning. A reboot didn't fix the problem. It said the hard drive was unformatted, so I tried to reformat it. It just sat at 1% and froze up the system, forcing another reboot. For the moment, the four cameras still work, but I can't help but wonder for how long. I will update this review if they start dying off. I sure wish I had spent more $ from the get-go and bought another Swann (I have a Swann that's seven years old and still working fine). Purchase this piece of junk at your own risk!

After 6 month HDD not working

Leicht zu montieren...super verständliche Anleitung...muss aber eine app dazu geladen werden, sie bezahlt werden muss monatlich... aber ansonsten super qualität

j'ai reçus ma commande en retard car bloqué par la douane , et reçu avec des prises américaines donc je doit encore acheter des adaptateur en plus du prix
