Excellent reel for the price !
Wasn’t expecting it to be this big, but that turned out to be a plus—I was able to spool 250 yards of 10 lb fluorocarbon line with no issue. The reeling is smooth, the drag is strong and consistent, and the build feels very durable. Functional, reliable, and performs way above its price point. Highly recommended!

Amazing UL reel

Super noisy and not smooth at all
The media could not be loaded. I love most of my Shimanos, I wanted a 500 size to throw on a an UL-M rod and couldn't believe how bad this one is. I picked up a 1000 NASCI last month that just has a little too much slop in the handle, but it's quiet and smooth. This Sedona is one of the worst reels I've received, even worse than my cheapest Lew's.I was also surprised that a supposed new reel had fingerprints all over it even though it was sealed with blue tape on top.
