Super sur le principe pour bien calibrer les macarons. Dommage qu'il faille pocher sur l'envers de la feuille (donc sur la face qui n'est pas imprimée) et que les feuilles arrivent dans un paquet où elles sont pliées en deux donc déformées !

Packaged folded - hard to keep flat when piping initially. Too long for the dehydrator - my fault for not checking this first.

These are getting 4 stars because 3.5 isn't a thing. The paper itself is really nice quality. However, when they packed it up, they folded the paper in half. Ok, so, not a sharp fold, more like a rolled fold. But still. Macarons are already so snitty, they don't want to have to practice a balancing act on uneven parchment. I even tried locking the paper down with a blob of macaron mixture on the baking sheet to sorta glue the paper but idk. It wouldn't work. I'm going to try and let the papers sit out for a while before I need to use them but theyre so slippery that could lead to a huge mess. They'd get 5 stars if this weren't a thing. It might seem nitpicky, but the macarons are too 😮‍💨. Otherwise, they were really great to back on.
