Malai Kulfi flavor is ok but not that much that you can drink it for a month or 2 times a day. Cafe Latte flavor is good, that much good that you can drink it for a month or 2 times a day. Rich Chocolate is also good. You can easily reach your protein goals if you drink protein shake 2 times a day. But don't forget to take creatine too with it. Its quite affordable and good for beginners and experts. I did not experienced any bloating. Next flavor for me to try is Cookie & Cream.

Good quality protein blend that worked well for me. It didn’t cause any bloating, which is a big plus, and the taste is good enough to have regularly. It’s also more affordable compared to 100% whey, which in my opinion isn’t really necessary for regular gym goers. Overall, a solid and cost-effective choice.

The taste is amazing—it actually tastes like real malai kulfi and mixes perfectly without any lumps. It digests easily with no bloating. I loved it so much that I just ordered my second box. Highly recommended if you want a break from boring flavors!

Decent flavour with good protein
Having this protein from last 1 week and it’s is helping my muacles to recover after gym. New flavour i.e. Kulfi is really delicious. Helps in reducing weight.
