Cinnamon Roll Flavor is the best, hands down!
Flapjacked is an excellent brand for making instant muffins in the microwave in 45 seconds. There are imitators out there, but only this brand works for me. Out of all the flavors made by Flapjacked, Cinnamon Roll is the best….not just because I like the flavor, but because this muffin flavor rises the most, and that gives it a fluffy texture. Also, this flavor is still edible long after it’s cold; I can’t say that for sure about the other flavors. For making these muffins I find it’s important to put exactly 1/4 cup water into the cup and mix as directed. I use a dry measure cup for 1/4 cup and find this works best. These are so delicious I was willing to wait 2 months to receive them. I appreciate these muffins as a quick meal or snack because they contain protein and are very convenient.

Omg please try these muffins and every flavor available! I ordered the multi pack the first time and fell in love with the cinnamon. These are amazing. It's cake in a cup!! And you can't beat the protein count!! Love it.

Good for you and yummy!
I want a muffin and protein. It takes a little getting used to. Sometimes I put walnuts in it, add whipped cream, if it’s like pudding I like it. I add apples. It’s not a regular muffin folks but it is sweet and protein I feel great not the way I feel after a fat carb sugar filled junk food. I feel and look great! Everyone says so! I enjoy eating right. I enjoy these muffins. I’ve added a little ice cream on top sometimes. It’s all about the protein to me 😊
