Best apron ever! I love aprons. I have many, none as comfortable as this one. I demand my aprons have pockets, and need them to wash well -- This apron has 2 deep pockets plus a smaller chest pocket, gets used and washed regularly for many months now, and still looks brand new! Nothing has stained it. Best of all, the adjustable straps go over my shoulders and not behind my neck. I wear it for 10 hours at the Food Ministry, with pockets full of phone and more; and those shoulder straps never hurt. I no longer get headaches, as I did with the aprons with a neck strap. And it looks great! I got the pink, and it's a flattering, cheerful color. The fabric is fairly thick canvas so it's a little stiffer than my other aprons, and that has proved to be helpful in keeping spills from leaking through to my clothes. Absolutely recommend!

The afun unisex chef apron can be used at home or in professional kitchen. The. Crossback straps make it comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The straps are also removable for washing. The fabric is a thick waterproof canvas that is initially stiff but softens with use and washing. It has adequate coverage over clothes and protects from grease, soil, anything. Might be short if you’re really tall, mine fits great and I’m 5”8. Falls just above knees. Can also be used for gardening, mechanics, pottery artists etc. I received it as a gift and I really like the light pink color. Great value and very affordable. Looks exactly like photo.

I never wore aprons before, couldn't stand them but this one I actually wear & love it. Keeps my clothes clean, the size fits as you adjust it, the tie length could be a bit longer but fits over my gut, the color is awesome and I would gift one to someone. Good value and easy to wipe clean if you only have a spatter here or there so you don't have to wash it every time you wear it. Sometimes if we're having a messy dinner I will wear it and it keeps my shirts and my pants clean where a napkin doesn't cut it.

I LOVE this apron and I still get compliments on it at work. I get asked often where I got it and one customer asked if it was LL bean. Speaks for itself. I am removing one star because after one wash in the machine the pockets became one wide pocket and the thread that separates them came undone. I even hung dry. Important to note. If you know you won't be washing it everyday, I'd say get one. I bought 4 and I switch them out when one gets too dirty. After the first one got ruined in the wash I just wash them by hand if needed and hang/lay flat to dry for best results. Would make a perfect artists apron. I wouldn't recommend for chef use due to the washing issue. I use mine for woodworking.

10/11/26 **UPDATED REVIEW** PLEASE READ!! So it’s been over a year and it’s still a 5 star review! In the four pic collage - 1) Before wash (heavy meal prep all morning) 2) After wash (regular wash cycle) 3) Apron tie inserted 4) Apron tie removed - This is the first time I realized the ties can be removed!🙌🏽 Before I used to tie them “shoe lace style” so they didn’t get wrapped around the other laundry items but now I can remove them and put them is a small laundry bag - whoo hoo!!👍🏽 I wash this apron weekly (sometimes more depending on what I’m cooking/prepping) and STILL no rips/tears/frays/rust/dye color transfer/ shrinkage, etc. It continues to retain its original shape/composure. Hell, it still looks new!! This is one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon. Again, I hope you find this review helpful. I’ll continue to update from time to time. Highly recommend!! I’ll continue to update as time goes on. _________________________ Original Review I was looking for an apron that didn’t hang on/over my neck and this was it! I like that when you adjust/pull the waist straps it automatically adjusts the shoulder/back straps bringing the top part where the 2 round holes meet the shoulder straps up to your neck making it very customizable to fit your/any body type. For reference sake I’m 125 lbs, 5’4” and this fits my 210 lb, 6’1” husband with absolute ease. It’s made of thick cotton material which is not heavy at all. I’ve washed it several times and it washes very very well and retains its original shape/composure. I’m an at home cook, chef wanna be, I own my own restaurant in my head, and can throw down in the culinary world. Look no further. Highly recommend!!!

Nice apron, works great for baking, cooking and doing crafts. Wipes most flour residue away, which is great for baking. Runs long, and I am short, so I will have to shorten straps, other than that great apron. The best value for the price. Not as stiff as I thought it might be which is a good thing.

I wanted a new apron as my older one has seen better days. This apron is made very well, better than I was expecting. It's a heavy, durable material but it's not heavy to wear. I like the front top pocket for my thermometer. The apron ties are very long so it would probably fit almost anyone.

I like these aprons except for the poorly constructed piece of vinyl that holds the cross straps in the back in place. There’s a diamond shaped piece of cheap vinyl with cheap rivets that is supposed to keep the canvas straps in place between the shoulder blades on the back. That’s all good for a week or two. The thing fell apart on both aprons and it makes quite a difference trying to use these aprons without this part. The straps just don’t stay in place without the part. I realize these are less expensive than super heavy duty aprons that employ the same design but I wish the seller had replacement parts that are made better that I could buy to remedy this. I wear these things a lot. They are super handy for every kind of project. I’m an artist and the pockets hold my phone, glasses, pens and keep my hands free to carry out tasks. I cook and bake throughout the day as well so I’ve fell in love with such a handy wearable utility apron that looks good and isn’t heavy. I’ll likely tool some simple leather strap retainers myself (when I can fit that project in😂) but have ordered a very similar apron that has a better designed strap retainer that has no rivets and hopefully will be a better option. Just a warning to people buying these- not only does the retaining piece fall apart, the same cheap vinyl is used on the ends of the straps which makes threading the straps through the large metal rivets at the waist quite difficult since the vinyl is not pliable. 3 out of 4 of these end pieces have self destructed to match the strap retainer. Besides these fairly annoying problems that have resulted in my aprons being unusable I love the “idea” of this design. If the seller ever offers decent replacement parts, that would be appreciated. This review would easily be a 5 star review if I could actually be using these.
