Great Product
For what these are they are working out great. Hopefully they hold up. Will post if I have any issues. Update 10/2/16: I had two of the five of these fail this past week. I got almost 4 years out of these so I am very satisfied with them and will keep the 5 stars. I believe they failed from excessive use from bending them and moving them around. There is no way to access the switch inside of these to test the switch or check the wires in them. Not a big deal if I have to spend $70 every 4 years to replace each one. BTW I still have 3 that are working without issue.

Bad Neck Noise
I grabbed 2 of these for a client (one for back up) and installed the first one. It is a very good build quality and has great audio. My client frequently grabs the mic and moves it a little while talking; the mics gooseneck started to make a lot of noise while moving it around after a couple of days, literally the creaking from the metal moving in the gooseneck transmits louder than the voice. I figured the first one was defective and used the second backup one I had. After a couple of days it started to transmit the same noise. If used stationary and not moving the neck while talking it seems like it would be a good product.
