This pillow has been a life saver. Every morning I would wake up with a stiff neck that radiated to my shoulders. I felt the constant need to crack my neck, and dealt with headaches almost daily. I always though my pillows were fine, but every morning I’d wake up not even laying on my pillow. I’d be sleeping below it using my arm for support. Since using this pillow, I’ve woken up for the first time in years without thinking “it’s going to be a bad neck day”. The tension in my neck is almost completely gone, and every morning I wake up I’m still comfortably on the pillow. I added all the extra stuffing into the pillow that it comes with for extra support. I love the firmness, but you can also take stuffing out too if it’s too firm for you! The cooling side is also an amazing bonus. BUY this pillow if you’re a side sleeper who deals with neck pain.

This pillow is amazing. One side is cool and the other regular. It also has helped me sleep so much better as I have terrible neck and back pain. It is fluffy and you can make it more or less. Great support for my neck.

The cooling side of this pillow is amazing and stays cool. It’s soft and comfortable to lay on. It has the perfect amount of fluff but does come with extra for those who like a firmer pillow. The support provided on my neck and shoulder has decreased my shoulder pain as I tend to sleep on my side.

I suffer from neck and shoulder pain. These pillows have been nothing short of AMAZING! The crescent shape supports my neck and shoulders. I woke with no pain after the first use. Wow! I'm a customer for life.

LOVE THE PILLOW! No neck pain when I awoke this morning YAY!!! That being said... It IS NOT A COOLING PILLOW!!! One review said she turned it over to "the cool side." I turned it over and over and couldn't find the "cool side." 🥴 That's why the 3 stars. The comfort level is the best I've had since using feather pillows. But feather pillows really activate my allergies, so I had to switch to micro foam. I've had the "fancy pillows" will the dip in the middle for the head. This forced my neck into an improper alignment. I kept using it, thinking, that maybe I was not using it right. Then I researched, and I found that these pillows are worse for your neck. POINT TAKEN! I ordered this pillow, it came the same day. I used it that night. No smell, and NO NECK PAIN in the morning!!! And, it fit into my pillowcases.

What you should know, is that I am so excited for this pillow, that I have only used it successfully for a nap, and I just gotta write a review already. I ought to sleep a full night on it first. But after just a short nap, after first putting all the stuffing in, and thinking oh god no. And then removing enough to fill the box it came in, and then having a nap. I was like. Oh. My. Effing. God. And I am dramatic and hypo manic. But if I werent, I would be saying the same thing. It is so good . I’ve never had a fancy pillow before. We get the ones from Costco usually in Canada, but they stopped selling those ones. So now we get the roots home ones from Costco, and those are big pancakes, am I right? I spent money buying those rotten Costco pillows, hated them, and got this. And im happy with it. Smells like it will give you cancer, but only for about five minutes. Then clean bamboo cotton feel and neutral smell. So good. And that is just the nap remember. I still have the full nights sleep. Do you want to talk about this pillow even more? Just some gossip? Sure ok. Well. I have it with me on the couch too. It’s heavier than normal pillow. But not super heavy. It is so bouncy. And so adjustable. It is what you want. The ratings on this are far best. Edit - ive slept on it now . A few observations, ; if you adjust the amount of stuffing, just one or two handfuls too much or too little will make it not right, you need to get the exact amount for you. And probably as the pillow arrives is about the level ive found right. And as for the cooling. My entire body is drenched in sweat when I wake up . So im not sure if I have body sickness problems or if some people just sweat when they sleep. So even my hair is wet in the morning, and so I don’t know how well the cooling works, but certainly it is voodoo magic feeling to the touch when you feel how cold it is. And you know the stuffing is all the same. So it is the material on surface that absorbs more heat like metal is cold to the touch even though room temp , and the heat dissipates in to the other places in the pillow? I might not be the best judge on that because a lot of us who are prisoners of war, as you know we’ve been invaded, and once we are placed on fhe Harry Truman tsdb, many people say we’re being constantly hit with dews from space. Which causes the Frey effect and Havana syndrome. That is hypothetical to me. But certainly being a prisoner of war is easier with this new pillow. It makes the nightmares turn into nice dreams instead. It’s probably good for women since it’s mostly them on the tsdb. And maybe im nuts, theres a guy named flesh simulator on YouTube who had someone he doesn’t know email him a pic of his front door. Hes on the tsdb too, and he shows how to make fray effect devices that are brief cased size. Lots of people say the popping in the ears is being microwaved by neighbours not space . And anywhere you go in the world, take your pillow. Because Truman show is worldwide now.

This is the best pillow! Supportive, personalized firmness and great length. The pillow comes with extra foam bits to add more firmness as needed. Love that one side is cool and the other regular room temp.

I really like that this pillow is adjustable — it makes it practical and reduces the chance you’ll need to return it. I removed a bit of foam to lower it slightly, and now it feels perfect. The cooling is reasonable and matches the product description. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

I always wake up with neck pain, and feel discomfort while sleeping. I decided to change pillow. & im so happy i did , first night using it , i slept like a baby. One down side is that the cooling effect didn’t work at all. Other than that it’s a very confortable pillow & i woke up with zero neck pain :)
